Thank God I have a sequel too!

Yes, I read right after I finished first one and loved it even more!! If Charlie Hunnam ever decides to take on Caleb's role...Well I'll most definitely blush a lot, lol! he is so perfect Caleb.

I read first chapter of Epilogue (The Dark Duet, #2.5) by C.J. Roberts and died little bit! This quote has me quivering with need!!!

""When do you leave for work?"
"I have a few hours." She sounded breathy
"Well Then." I caressed her face so I could
watch the way she closed her eyes to savor my
touch. With my other hand I grabbed a fistful
of hair and pulled. "Let's go teach you some
manners."

Consequences was pretty good, but it didn't wow me because there isn't a lot of emotion. But the ending just blows everything out of the water, and then Truth was AWESOME!!!

Yeah, CJ has been torturing us with tidbits and asking what we think for months, so I'm ready to scream if I don't get my hands on more Caleb soon!!! It's like slow and sensual Caleb torture and I can't take much more. LOL

Yeah, thats how I feel. Dont really wanna finish it, but I will give it awhile more. There is nothing I like about it so far, although the story hasnt really picked up yet and I guess it could have potential there. But I hate everything else. Writing, world, characters...

Yeah, Consequences was actually a very tough read for me. Anthony is downright cruel in the first book, he's just evil underneath it all and you'll be cursing him the whole time. Truth gives you a completely different feel, though, and to be honest Aleatha's writing is just wicked brilliant with the puzzles and suspense she puts in the story!

Yeah, this is one of those series where the first book was just OKAY for me, mainly because of Anthony's personality and that there really isn't a lot of steaminess to it. It's more of a mindf*ck than a body f*ck, ya know? LOL But Truth has so much more emotion, and she finally pulls her head out of her rear and it just sets the series off running.
