I am listening to it not reading and when he comes in I can't ever find the darn off key or the volume. I have to start making a bunch of racket until I can get it off. He says listening to another one of those nasty books.

My daughter said to my son "at least we know what to get mama for mother's day." My son said "yeah we wrap her a book and tell her it's due back at the library in 3 days."

Oh YES! And it's double awful because then you feel guilty that you really just want everyone to just leave so you can back to your fantastic book. ARGH!! And your mind just keeps mulling over the part where you left off and wondering how much time you'll have left to read after they leave :( I could've finished the one I was reading and started my next one, but no. Instead I cooked and entertained and BONDED with family o.O

I am listening to Liar, Liar (Cat DeLuca Mysteries, #1) by K.J. Larsen and that book is hilarious! I am also listening to Wicked Cravings (The Phoenix Pack, #2) by Suzanne Wright , well when my son isn't around. I'm waiting for May so I can listen to City of Bones (The Mortal Instruments, #1) by Cassandra Clare . I have tried reading it twice and just couldn't get into it so hoping listening to it will be better. It means so much to my twin.

Laura, I did not have so much problem with the ending of Damaged. The in between was what bothered me. I found it choppy and it did not flow. It felt like paragraphs are missing. And to me personally the characters lacked depth. Maybe my taste just doesn't click with H.M. Wards writing style but I was absolutely not impressed and now most likely won't be getting more of her books.
