I really enjoyed The Parasol Protectorate series! I thought Alexia was funny and just wait with that little bombshell at the end of Changeless she actually gets more dry and witty.

Having fun so far. Will's really funny. Henry's hilarious. Like Tessa a lot too. Charlotte's cool. Jem's intriguing. And Jessimen's quirky. Liking them all so far :)

I can't wait to start it! Poor Conall he's so upset. And poor Alexia left alone unjustly and at such an important time. I hope they are up early on in book 3. Starting it at least by next week once I finish a few books I have to read this week first.

Yes, I've had those moments for sure LOL! But for some reason, at least this early into the series/story/book I find myself pitying her as well.

Well, Haven from the Storm (Storms of Life #1) by Sarah Dosher has me on the fence. On the whole it was a beautiful story, but the end got so ridiculously unrealistic and frustrating that it really put a negative light on it for me. Reminded me of the eye-rolling ending to The Boy Who Sneaks in My Bedroom Window by Kirsty Moseley a bit, though Haven was much better written. For a quick read, though, it was pretty good and the author has potential.

Can't resist getting more of Wilson with Eighteen at Last (Wilson Mooney, #2) by Gretchen de la O even though I'll have to wait for book 3, then I'll start Straightjacket by Meredith Towbin and Stung by Bethany Wiggins

Belkis (bminaya) | 8313 comments Just finished Clockwork Angel (The Infernal Devices, #1) by Cassandra Clare and so happy. I loved it. As much as I liked all of the characters, I'm besotted with gentle and kind hearted Jem :) I do appreciate Will's tortured soul and can't wait to find out what his story is, but fell in love with Jem! Started Blameless (Parasol Protectorate, #3) by Gail Carriger to continue this series which i am truly positively enjoying as well :)
