I love that it's set in the south :) I'm finding that I love books set there because for some inexplicable reason they come across sort of laid back and imbued with southern charm :)

Very true! And I've only come across one other book that really upset me this much, so as far as extreme fails in plot shifts there aren't a lot of books plagued by it...that I know of yet! =)

Yeah, sounds like a plan. And the funny thing is that it's doing really well in both sales and ranking :D that's why it's so true that there's different strokes for different folks LOL!

and loved it...sad that it's over for these characters, Scout is the best!! I highly recommend this series, best shifter books out there in my opinion!!

Well I'm glad you were able to push through and didn't hate it, I think this is one of those love it or hate it books. For me, I could have taken what happened to him if it was handled in a less flippant way. It happens when he's at the lowest point of his life, when he feels completely alone and thinks she hates him, no one gets to say goodbye, and then there's Liam...I was sick to my stomach over the way all that played out. So it wasn't really about seeing it from a different perspective, but about what seemed like a complete lack of emotions for a character that I fell hard for. I maybe could have dealt with him being out of the picture, just not like that. Anyway, I'm glad you liked it, it's good that we're not all reading clones here and have different likes and dislikes. =)

Well huh?!? Yeah, that's IT for you :( they need an example of everything before they can troubleshoot it. You'd think that with as consistently as this error occurs they would have amble examples of the issue but no because they have to run everything through red tape first!

LOL I'm trying to figure out what series I've started and need to get back to, I keep starting them and not finishing and the list is getting too long!! This was a big one though, so it's next!

Oh good, they are short. Goodreads has them listed at about 100 pages each, but I need to get them read before the book comes, which I order from the library. Four shorts at 100 pages each would have been like a whole book.

Sadly i cant read Adult books. But i heard JR Ward's Black Dagger Brotherhood: Dark Lover, is good. So as soon as i turn 18 i'm reading them :)

Yup after your well deserved rant and DNF I conclusively shelved it indefinitely. Had some nice hopes for it when I bought too *sigh* but I guess there's got to be bad reads as well as good ones I guess for the sake of balance and all that LOL!
