I got sick of mermaids and fairies so I gave p on those, even though I should finish the few that I started and gave up on.
Right now I'm reading Graceling by Kristin Cashore and I am enjoying it so far.

I don't know how the winner can finish 20 or more books on just mermaids and fairies. I can only handle so many mermaids, but Sylvia you really should read Of Poseidon and Tangled Tides! Those are the best ones.

I'm impressed when our members do 20+ of one genre! =) This month will be a real race to the finish given how many of us have a ton of indie books in the TBR anyway!! ;-)

The only book of hers I've read is Area One, which didn't impress me at all. I'll be interested in seeing what you think of this one, I'm not sure how I feel about this author yet!

I just realized its been a looong time since I read a book I really enjoyed, with at least 4/5. 9 books back, and even then it was an extra. Excluding extras its 12 books back the last time I gave a book 4*s. :(

I'm reading Crash which I started last night after the summer Olympics and it kept me up until so late cause its so Freaking good its addictive! And I can't wait to read My Life Next Door. Have it in my book list for August reads definitely. Annie's review and recommendation made me move it up in my TBR list. Thanks Annie :) can't wait to read it!

I loved the film/tv show and so wanted to know about it and the reading is always different to screen

But good right? It was the same for me such an emotional roller coaster but such a compelling and well written story. I mean it's not an easy task to redeem a character in a truly convincible way and the author totally pulls it off in this book. So glad you liked it.
