I've already read the other three and I really enjoyed them. They are very different, unique and kept me interested until the very end.
Such fun categories! I wasn't going to do all of them this month, but I just might since you picked such good categories! I will review and post how many and my list soon. I'm still working through March's reading list, so it might be a few days before I can post my list. :D
*sigh* I get sick and out of commission for 4 days and I miss so much! I'm in for this one, just not sure how many I will be doing! Great categories btw!
Photojim wrote: "As always I'll post as I go. No lists this month?"Lists Jim? Do you mean - select from the first 10 pages of the 'historical romance' bookshelf??? Sorry, there were too many other themes waiting to jump onto the list this month...
If you like, you could swap your reader's choice for the historical bookshelf. *grinning evilly*

Jane (PS) wrote: "Jim's copping it in 2 forums that I know of... Perhaps we should extend the 'love' *cough abuse* out..."Yeah, I was noticing that as well. I am very interested in how he will respond to all the "love" - should be a hoot
*I'm always happy to take my lumps.*Oh don't get me wrong, if the category had been "Read one of the first ten pages of most painful books ever written." (Oh wait, that's what you said) I would have gladly embraced the pain. You had your chance to to let your sadistic side show. But no, you showered us with your mercy by not making us read any historicals.
If Yz lets me do this again, I'll be sure to make sure I torture you Jim... What a wasted opportunity!*note to self: lobby Yz*
I take back anything I said about you showering us with your mercy. You are a cruel cruel woman.*Yz - get your internet back faster!*
Hmmmm - my husband would probably agree with you ...occassionally when I deny him chocolate and ice-cream (what a sweet tooth!!). You are just lucky my sister isn't on this site - THEN you would know torture!(Jim - I think Yz would like to torture you as well...)
Then I'll do my duty. I haven't missed a category since I had surgery in December of '09. I don't plan on starting anytime soon.
maybe if you ask nice she'll let you pick the categories sometime - if you wanted to - that would be interesting.
Actually Debbie I would love to do so some month. Maybe if Yz still needs somebody in May I can do it then.*edit - and if you didn't want me to know your weaknesses Jane, you shouldn't have accepted the friend invitation. Muwhahahahaha! Let's see, you stick to two genres - historical and PNR. Yet you continually rate historicals well and PNR poorly. Let me think on this.
Hey, I don't have to be up for five hours and ten minutes. Just because you come from the land down under doesn't give you the right ... *yawn* ... about my bedtime ... *so sleepy* ...I'll stay up until I want to... *g'night moon*
LOL! Sleep tight and don't let the bed-bugs bite. You must have missed all the Jayne Castle, Christine Feehan and Nalini Singh titles in your flick through!! ;)
Ask, as far as I know she is still trying to settle in - she may want another month or so.goodnight moon :)
