I have yet to visit Beaumont, Texas, or traveled to Louisiana, But since I used to have a Cajun family friend --A wonderful cook-- I've grown to love Cajun food, and that beautiful Cajun and Zydeco music. I've often enjoyed reading about the Cajuns, as well as their Acadian ancestors.
Thank you much. I'll see if I can special order them, as I do want to read the series in their correct order.
