All Things Spring Challenge
Completed 1/15 I pulled out one of Anne McCaffrey's books that I had bought used on Amazon about a year ago (Crystal Singer). When I started it, I knew why I had put it down when I got it. The first 1/3 of the book was rather slow for me, but I did get into it and enjoyed it by the end. So, on to the other two books of this series.

What about the next book/s in the series? For now I only added the first book to see if I enjoy it first and then I might add the others.
Vaneela wrote: "What about the next book/s in the series? For now I only added the first book to see if I enjoy it first and then I might add the others."Do you mean, Whitney, My Love? Wow... that book was an emotional roller coaster ride. I cried, I yelled, I threw the book and I hated Whitney and Clayton and then loved them to death. It's an all time favorite, but it left me reeling for weeks. Judith McNaught is the queen of angst and misunderstandings. But there's a part in Whitney that honors the traditions set forth in A Kingdom of Dreams that just made that book for me. So, so so so good.
But have lots of tissues handy. For both books.

Hi everyone. I'm seeing you are all making good progress. I'm really enjoying this challenge so far.2/14
Just finished A Kingdom of Dreams the other day and I absolutely loved it...I did not want to finish it, actually :D. Will soon be starting Then Came You. I hope it will be good!!! How did everyone find it?
I really really loved it :X So much passion and conflicting emotions! When I was going through the first pages, I did not expect that I would like it as much as I did...I'll be reading Whitney, My Love, once I'm done with the books on my list :)

****hugs**** Autumn. I know what you mean about finishing up with an author then having nothing else to read.I'd also suggest Pamela Clare's MacKinnon's Rangers, and her Blakewell/Kenleigh Trilogy. Excellent historical romances.
aww thanks Lisa !!! i know you guys would understand the irrational sentimentalism that has taken over me today.. Dhes: i have treasured that kingdom of dreams since i started her reading... i just love her. I bought Pamela Clare all I-Team series as per suggested! ;) AND!
you know is waiting for me since we talked about it in December. Few gems to savor,i say!

I'm having a tough time making myself read PC's
and
becuase then I'll be out of her books until Connor MacKinnnon's story next year.I loved Ride the Fire, it was so good.
while reading the praises for the I-team series book`s first pages.. i saw the many recs towards those two in particular! --lush prose-- ;) yes! im waiting for the right time to read it. I dont want to run out of goodies either! what a dilemma!
If you think you might read
and
, you should read them before reading
because the hero from RtF was a young man in CG and I feel like... I loved RtF but the ending would have been all the more sweet had I read the first two first.
