I'm reading
In English it's Green Emerald but as an exception I'm reading it in German because the author is german.
I absolutely recommend this trilogy. The movie will be in the german cinemas in March :) So excited.
In my lunch breaks I'm readin
because the name of Aslaugs mother is Maren and that's also my name. It's the first time ever that someone in a book is called like me :)

She's one of my most favorite heroines since Katniss :)
Well, out of sheer desperation and a lack of reading material, I am using the digital library and trying my hand, yet again, at audio books. I've had a lot of trouble getting into these in the past, but I'm hoping I can get past that. I've checked out
and
(because despite my past disappointments, I love this series and I HAVE to finish it)
I'm reading Fated by Alyson Noel. It's...umm...ok, I guess... (Im one for the action, not always the sappy stuff)

Ditto. But I seem to not have time or energy right now. Going back to work is cutting into my reading schedule too much. Lol
I finished
which was just okay for me and then today I finished the sequel
which I really enjoyed. Thought the second book was much better. Now I'm not sure what to start.
I'm thinking a contemporary...either
or
...maybe both;)
I'm about halfway through The Archived by Victoria Schwab - very original and completely engrossing so far!
Just got UnWholly by Neal Shusterman from the library. I loved Unwind and the Skinjacker trilogy, hoping for good things! And the book Wild- not a YA Apocalyptic novel, but the main character is just about having her own personal armageddon!
UnWholly is just as awesome as UnWind. If you haven't yet, check out UnStrung. It's the novella between these two books. Gives you some different insight into what is happening in UnWholly. Very good!'
Wow. I'm going to eventually make it through this whole thread. Looks like there are plenty of great suggestions for books to go on my to-read list!
I finished of a few this past week,
and
all of which were really good.Today I finished
and I'm dying for book two. Really like this series so far.
I just finished
which was OK. I'm now reading
. I'm not sure how I feel about it.I did read
at the beginning of last week and I loved it.

I finished
yesterday. it was pretty good. I love Alex Flinn and Beastly is a favorite of mine, but this wasn't my favorite from her. Still good though.
Bethany - I found myself annoyed with Roni through parts of it which is what made it just OK for me. I have only read the first of the Moreno Brothers, but I enjoyed that one.

Currently a little more than halfway through
It's not YA, but it is the dystopian of dystopians, I should say!

I recently finished Rot&Ruin: https://yadystopiafiction.wordpress.c...and now I am excited to read the next book Dust & Decay. Until this series and The Forest of Hands & Teeth, I wasn't a big fan of dystopia zombie books at all, but these authors are really challenging me.

Lee, you should check out
I just started reading the maze runner. and it's an amazing book so far. there is only one thing that bothers me. the book says these 3 things:
*there are at least 50 boys in the glade.
*there arrives a newbie only ones a month.
*the guy who has been there for the longest time is there for 2 years.
It's not a big deal, and it might come up later in the book. (if it is ,no spoilers please)

Hmm...i see what you're getting at. I honestly can't remember though, lol. But, I don't remember there being any big mistakes like that in Maze Runner, so I'm sure it will probably be clarified later. It is a really great series. Enjoy!
Bret wrote: "City of Bones baby!"Woo Hoo! Love City of Bones. I'm waiting patiently for book six (the finale) to come out :) I think you will LOVE this series.
I just finished
which was okay, but left me with mixed feelings. Now I'm in the middle of
and despite my aversion to fallen angel books, I'm really liking this novel.

I thought it explained right away that a bunch of kids were shipped there at the beginning of the Glade and then a newbie came once a month.
It's not really a spoiler per say, but that's the gist.

That sounds right, again...I don't really remember.
is a pretty good read. I am currently at the final show down! The twist in the end reminded me a lot of star wars.
