December: Reading in a Winter Wonderland

For December we decided to go with a holiday season/winter type challenge. There are 3 levels.




You may choose to do a spell it out challenge or a holiday season/winter challenge. You pick.

As always you may use the title, name of characters, or the name of an author to link it to the letters.You may ignore the 'A', 'An', 'The', etc. at the beginning of titles to get to the first significant word. So "The Virgin's Secret" would be a 'V' title and "A Highlander Christmas" would be an 'H' title." You pick which word/phrase you want or come up with one we haven't.
OR
You may decide to read books related to winter, deal with a December holiday (Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, etc), or have a character with a name that sounds holiday related (Joy, Noel, Holly, etc).

I always like to have an idea of which books I am reading next so that I know what to check out at the library and buy (when I have the money). I am like the queen of lists and planning.

I have to admit, it is hard sometimes to stick with what I plan! I also try for a lot of variety because I never know what I am going to feel like!
