Not sure where you are in the Midnight Breed series - but if you've read Tegan's story - I'd be interested in your thoughts. One of my favorite Hero's!!!

Tegan is my FAVORITE of the warriors. There is just something about him that stands out from the rest with his personality and hot-ness, oh yeah! I always like the bad boy. His story with Elise is quite tense too. I think he was taken aback by her stubbornness and willingness to fight. Like it woke him up from his coldness. Their bickering back and forth was pretty good drama... not to mention the steamy and wild love scenes. I love that Tegan continues to be a part of a lot of the action scenes in other books. Love him!

I recently became hooked on a series. J.R. Rain has a series 'Vampire For Hire'. There are two books out and a 3rd coming out in April. After Book 2 Rain has a book of short stories called 'Teeth'. There is one story in it which gives us a look further into an ongoing character that is in the first two books.
The books are intelligently written and have alot of great dialogue. Funny and at times edge of your seat scary and intense. A great mix:)

The Bad Boy is usually my fave too and when it includes a strong female character who breaks through to him - it's magical! Tegan and Elise is on my short list of favorite love stories. I too like that the characters in the Breed series continue to play roles in the subsequent books. Keeps me engaged in the entire world, not just the focus of the book.

Jess | 8 comments It never ends.... You could read a book a day and there is still more good stuff out there. Pick a few people, compare books to yours and start adding to your "too read", it piles up so fast you don't know when to stop ordering!! Just become a book picking voyeur from people with similar interests. You may get one or two series books that weren't exactly what you were looking for, one or two purchases that were never read, but there's always something out there.

rebecca j (technophobe) | 124 comments Jim C. Hines has a twist on fairy tale princesses, starting with The Stepsister Scheme. Less sex, more action. Also Christine Feehan's series, the Drake sisters or her Ghostwalker series. Plenty of sex and action in them! Nina Bangs' Gods of the Night series is excellent. Michelle Bardsley has a series, Broken Heart, that's funny and sexy. She's also starting a new series, Wizards of Nevermore.
