4. New author-any genre: Three Days to Dead 10/7/10 ***1/2 I liked this book. It is just above average, in my opinion. Somewhat original premise. romance was ok to good. I thought this book had flashes of greatness, mixed in with uneven pacing and engaging charicters and a nice take on the fair ones. I am anxious to read next to see if it gets better or fades in to average.

Oct-December 31 Challenge: 7/7 Complete TA DA!!ALL DONE

1. UF: Web of Lies 10/3/10 **** Really loved it. Here's a series I think is getting better.

2. UF/single charicter on cover: The Grimrose Path: A Trickster Novel ***

3. Other than UF--Fantasy: Cast in Chaos **

4. New author-any genre: Three Days to Dead 10/7/10 ***1/2 I liked this book. It is just above average, in my opinion. Somewhat original premise. romance was ok to good. I thought this book had flashes of greatness, mixed in with uneven pacing and engaging charicters and a nice take on the fair ones. I am anxious to read next to see if it gets better or fades in to average.

5. (opt.)Steampunk: Cold Magic (10/9/10) *** maybe ****. Kind of slow beginning but really liked the end and am waiting for next in series.


6.(opt)Post-apocalyptic: REPLACING The Fallwith The Hunger Games . I am still reading "The Fall, but this weekend, The Hunger Gamescame in at the library, and last night I thought I'd just get a taste, and ended up staying up most the night and finishing it off before work this morning. Great book, and fits this catagory too. *****
