have read some of the manual, but the plot is very dry, there's virtually no dialogue, the characters are all very mechanical, and the last few pages just keep referring back to earlier ones. Looking like about 2★s ATM

I've just back from a weekend away in the NSW Southern Highlands. It's our 30th wedding anniversary today so we thought we'd treat ourselves to a nice long weekend away. Had a lovely time - everything is very lush and green and the weather was gorgeous.

You lucky Duck Carolyn, we have just spent the weekend looking for pet friendly accomodation in the Southern Highlands! Without much luck I'm afraid...plenty of them, but the prices are a bit o-t-t for the couple of days that we need it. i wouldn't mind but you still have to leave your beloved little dig on the veranda all night!! ⊙△⊙ No way!

That's a shame Jools. We're lucky we just have cats at the moment, who are happy to sleep on the deck when we're away and have out nice neighbours pop over to feed them. Not as easy for dogs I know.

Hubby and I have been planning a road trip for some time now - we have finally got it (almost) sorted!!! Leave mid March and travel to Melbourne to visit family; we'll catch up with AR members Sharon, Elaine, Mish and Vicki! Can't wait to meet them all:)

Then across to the south east of SA - Mount Gambier; to family.. then up to Adelaide to family, where we'll catch up with Mod Michael again.. then home. We'll do some meandering across the country and probably be away about a month. But of course I'll be online fairly often, so you won't even notice I'm missing;)

Should be fun:)

It was thanks Marianne. We haven't been up there for ages so enjoyed the scenery and the walks, checking out the shops and a few restaurants and cafés as well as a couple of wineries and even caught a movie at the old Bowral picture theatre so it was fun.
