Marie here! I don't think I posted an introduction when I first joined this group.....but I've been a Minion for a very long, long time. From the very beginning. I volunteer a lot with Sherri, she has many titles for me! I'm VoodooGoddess, the Decoration Goddess, the Bestest Artie Ever, a Blue Blood Squire, a member of Team Fabulous, and Head Minion!

I've worked and been to 8 out of the last 9 DragonCons, I had to miss this year :(
I organize and supervise her group of parade marchers for the DC parade, so if you walked with us, you met ME there! I'm always Artemis/The Heifer Goddess!

When Sherri had her K-Con in Nawlins', I did the decorations for all the different events from '07-'09. I've worked/volunteered at quite a few book launches, release parties, and signings! Acheron, Styxx, Retribution, Time Untime, Bad Moon Rising, No Mercy, Infamous, Inferno, Infinity, Sword of Darkness, Knight of Darkness just to name a few, and NYCC in '09 (where I got us dolls!). I love being Artie, it's one to the best attitudes to cosplay! She's dangerous and still pretty clueless!

Sherrilyn is a great and wonderful person that I would do anything for and usually do, when I can.

I'm usually one of the people with the post-it notes, keeping the line going, messing with the DC volunteers, or fanning Sherri! It gets very hot in the con rooms.....but nothing will ever be as hot as the Acheron signing at the Parthenon in Nashville! Whew! I will be back next year to reclaim my duties to the Author Goddess!

Hi all. I'm about to start Time Untime once I finish editing my own book. (It's the reward I'm holding out for myself to avoid procrastinating.)

I thought I'd also share something scary I'm proud of myself for doing. I sent an email to SK's assistant to ask if she might be interested in reading my book and offering a blurb. I would be hugely proud if a writer as good as SK enjoyed my book.

I like to think so. It's a paranormal romance called Revelations. My heroine, Dani, is a burlesque dancer with superpowers and impulse control issues. My hero, Michael, is an idealistic child therapist with psychometric powers. The two of them have to work together to save those they care about from a multinational corporation collecting supernaturally-gifted individuals. It should be available on Amazon starting in January.
