Hi all, I'm Nicole from Queensland. I actually stumbled over SK's books by chance (same with a few of my other fav authors) - my first was Infinity and while I liked the story and loved the characters, I needed to stumble over her books a second time (Valerius and Zarek)before I got completely hooked about a year ago. Being the bookaholic I am, this always ends up in a frantic ordering of the other books in the series :) This time though I got a few of them from the library as I'm running out of space for all the books (thought most of them I still end up buying for my collection eventually...).

Hi Carlena, thanks! I have read all of them except the short stories (they are quite hard to come by, so waiting for Dark Bites I believe the new anthology is called) and Talon's story - sounds probably stupid, but I kept it for a SK craving moment as I know her next books are still a bit away and this way I still have one to look forward to :)

Doesn't sound stupid at all. Sounds normal for us around here! We are doing a Book of the Month every month and are reading the entire Dark Hunter series in order. This month is Kiss of the Night (Wulf's story) We would love to have you join us. It's only the 4th book so we aren't that far into it :) I usually keep Night Play by my bed. Vane always gives me a nice pick me up, lol.

I've never been in a group online, so apologies in advance for the dumb question - once we have read the book of the month do we talk about what we liked most, quotes we thought were cool, questions that have come up or ideas?? *laugh* Carlena, my guilty pleasure is Julian's story (part of my collection that's in the bookshelf in my bedroom), man do I wish I'd have some cool, wacky friend that gifts me with a book that has some hot hunk hop out of its pages... :)
Yep, Nicole you can for sure ask and do all that. Only major rules are keeping things respectful and on topic. As it is so easy for us to get off topic and then end up into the hot button zone for some characters and fans at times. Besides that free to go and chat it up in that book discussion. :)

Hi, I am Sabrina from the middle of nowhere GA. I can't believe I finally found people with my supernatural romance obsession! Sherrilyn Kenyon, Christine Feehan, Laurell k. Hamilton, MaryJanice Davidson, J.R. Ward, etc. Love it all and cannot get enough of it! Can't wait to take part in this group.

Thank you very much. I have to admit SK is now my favorite author hands down. I will read others, but I always return. It does not seem to matter how many times I read them, they never get old. I have only read her Dark Hunter series, what are the others?
Quite welcome. I do the same, have tried many a different author but SK's books are my second home to always come back to. I've predominantly read her DH series as well as a contemporary novella, Love at First Byte in
She has also done a sci-fi like series League, she has some historical romances, Lords of Avalon which is sort of a Knights of the Round table, Sea Wolves about pirates I believe, her B.A.D. series which is like special ops, she has a co-authored series Belador. There are actually quite a few threads over these series and also discussions here as well going on. So feel free to dive in. Ask questions and the like. :)

Hi Christine. I'm somewhat a newbie to the Kenyon world myself, and I must say that so far the Dark Hunter series is awesome!
My name is Jessie and I live in Tennessee but I am originally from the big South Carolina:) Gotta say I love the mountains and dont plan to live anywhere flat ever again..lol.I am a major read-a-holic and I'm not ashamed to admit that! I love to read and the DH series was one of my favorites! I actually named my black cat ASH!!! Yes he was my fav and I am still obsessed with him even though I am reading other things..is it bad I compair all male main characters to him..well any male character really? To bad most dont even have a chance:(
I do love anything romance and if you throw a hot as sin vampire in there that is even better! So thank you SK!!! You are one of my favs.:)

Hi! I’m Karla from Philly (Philadelphia). I’m thrilled to join this group. I just recently discovered Kenyon’s Dark-Hunter series via of the YA genre, The Mortal Instruments and the Lux series. I fell in love with Jace and Daemon and had to find more bad boys! Then I discovered the Dark-Hunters, in particular, Acheron. I plan to read the entire series, well, at least up to Acheron! I just finished Unleash the Night and I’m starting Dark Side of the Moon, tomorrow. Zarek and Valerius are my favorites (so far). I know the list will grow. Acheron is in a category by himself; however, I’m curious to learn more about Savitar!
Question: Is there a specific thread to ask general questions about the Dark-Hunters? (Why do they have fangs? camouflage only?)

I love Gena Showalter, Lara Adrian, Sherrilyn Kenyon, Kresley Cole, Larissa Ione, J R Ward, Nalini Singh, Elisabeth Naughton, Joan Swan, Elizabeth Haydon (fantasy author), and several other authors. I will eventually read CON. I look forward to chatting with you all!

Elisabeth Naughton writes any kind of romance. Joan as well. Elizabeth Haydon writes the Symphony of Ages series and another book releases this year. Thank you all so much!

I'm up to date with the DH books, but haven't read the CON, and am not up to date reading wise with the League. I plan on reading all the DH books (including CON) from beginning to end, and The League this year so I can refresh myself.
