I guess I'm technically done with this challenge, but I have 2-3 more chunksters I'm planning to read in the next couple of months. Can I increase my participation to the next level or would I need to start over?
Julie, IIRC you can go up levels but you can't decrease levels. IE: You can go from "Chubby Chunkster" to "Do These Books Make My Butt Look Big?" but you can't go from "Do These Books Make My Butt Look Big?" down to "Chubby Chunkster".
That's what I was thinking LethalLovely, so unless I hear otherwise, I'm going to officially increase my participation to the "Do These Books Make My Butt Look Big?" level.:-)

D.G. --- I loved the BBC production of Wives & Daughters, and I thought they did a good job of matching to the novel :)I've seen BBC's North and South, but I haven't read the novel yet. I'm looking forward to seeing how they compare :)
Mor-Book-ly Obese - This is for the truly out of control chunkster. For this level of challenge you must commit to 8 chunksters (450+ pages) OR three tomes of 800+ pages. You know you want to.....go on and give in to your cravings.1-

Yz - do you (or anyone) know of a word count rather than page count reference? I just read Nora Roberts new The Search 488 pages - but I feel like i'm cheating using it for a chubby chunkster because there were so many blank pages, that by word count I bet it would be nowhere near 488 regular pages.
Ruth wrote: "Yz - do you (or anyone) know of a word count rather than page count reference? I just read Nora Roberts new The Search 488 pages - but I feel like i'm cheating using it for a chubby chunkster beca..."Interesting observation, Ruth, and I commend you in your sense of fair play. :)
Still, the book is shown as having 488 pages, so officially it is a chunkster, so feel free to use it.

Thanks, D.G.! Yeah, those really long ones are still pretty intimidating. I'll probably read one more in the next few months, but I don't think I can manage 3 more, so I'm going to call it good with 5 and be happy with the accomplishment.;-)
