Hello, my Jayne Castle reading buddy! How did you like this latest installment?

Hello, my Jayne Castle reading buddy! How did you like this latest installment?"
It was classic JAK work. Strong hero, feisty heroine, a mystery to solve, an adorable dust bunny. No surprises but enjoyable in its familiarity, if you know what I mean.

1. F this book!: Flavor Of The Month by Tori Carrington (2/11)
2. It's my birthday and I'll read if I want to: Lover Awakened by J.R. Ward (2/10) I pulled this from my bookshelf. Of course I just put it there.
3. "We named the dog Indiana": Cry No More by Linda Howard (2/1) The main character is from Indiana. She returns home to her parents several times in the book as well.
4. I love this stuff: couldn't decide what I loved so I read a PNR and a contemporary by an author I like. Lead Me On by Victoria Dahl is the contemporary and was finished (2/14) and Lover Unbound by J.R. Ward was the PNR on (2/15) Back to the age old question, "What do I want?"
5. Don't let me be alone and unloved on Valentines day: How to Host a Seduction by Jeanie London (2/3)
6. I'm black and I'm proud!:
7. And all this time I thought it was NPR: Lover Eternal by J.R. Ward (2/8)
8. If we was talkin' dead presidents, why'd we pick the cheapest two?: Never Seduce a Scoundrel by Sabrina Jeffries (2/12)
9. If all your friends jumped off a bridge would you do it too?: The Claiming of Sleeping Beauty by AN Roquelaure (2/4). This was given to me as a Christmas gift by a friend of mine at a family function. She made sure that everyone knew that it was basically S&M porn. Her mother and grandmother looked at me funny all day. My children are used to it though. I think next year I will buy her a big pink but-plug for the family gathering. Who knows? Her husband might even appreciate it.
10. Without direction, how am I supposed to pick anything? What do you mean my choice? I'm scared. Hold me.:Heart-Shaped Box by Joe Hill (2/5) My February pick it for me challenge book recommended by Julie. Thanks Julie!
