I really enjoyed it! I've not read anything by her before but happened upon a review of it on SmartBitches and they were spot on!
I'm going to look for some of her other stuff now. I'm so picky about new authors!!

Already on my list! LOL!!

I'm about to start the trilogy. I have all three ready to go. I've just finished

I've got half way through this and halted. I'll try to finish it tonight. I don't know why I stopped- it's a fun romp but it's strange to read about them as grown up when they were kids in Lord Perfect.

No- Lord Perfect is part of the Carsington series and Last Night's Scandal is the, er, fifth in that trilogy.

Lord of Scoundrels ties into

It's NOT like Outlander vis a vis reading books out of order for sure!

Oh, see I get palpitations just THINKING about reading out of order! LOL!!
And I LOVE that I can use that word here and everyone understands me! LOL!!

I didn't know that there was a prequel! I get these from my library so will have to see if they have that one aswell.
Alasdair is the lead in "One Little Secret" I quite liked it, I don't normally like histroicals where the hero is a complete rakehell, but I enjoyed this book, I hope you do too!

Sadly, yes!
I have several of Feehan's Carpathians but have only read the first 5 bc the others I have all come way down the line!

I'm working my way through Liz Carlyle from the beginning. Anyhow I find whilst I'm enjoying her books I prefer her more upright heroes- especially Walrafen and Camden Rutledge (book covers below). I like dastardly/bad boy heroes but not rakes.

It was really good Megan - you're going to love it.

I loved the other Wallflowers and can't wait to start this one. It seems like I have been waiting forever for this book to come in, but I guess its only been a week or so, lol. I'm impatient when it come to series.

Sometimes it's good to take a break. The library will let you keep it for 3 weeks plus you can usually renew twice. Just a thought!

It's contemporary vampire/succubus story. I wrote a little about it on my review. It was actually a very sweet little story.

Megan I'm so excited for you. :)

Thanks Laura, that will be great. I have a few more of her books still coming from the library.

I'm reading

Hmm . . .I think I could work those into my September challenges! I'm going to go check them out.

--Down in Texas
--Wild Women of the West 1
--Wild Women of the West 2
--Damned, Delicious & Dangerous (vamps...awesome!)
--Texas Men
--Saddled
--Obsessed
I just bought an anthology with a novella of hers in it called "A Hot Man is the Best Revenge" but haven't read it yet.

AWESOME read Laura. Shiloh Walker's story in that one is a fave of mine.

Thanks for the rec. I think I will move this anthology up in my TBR pile. Good to know about the Walker novella. Thx, gf!!

'Devil Takes a Bride' is one of my favourites of the whole series together with 'The Duke' and 'Lady of Desire'.

I loved it too!

I really like anthologies too. It introduces me to other authors. I've made a note of the books, thanks Laura.
