The Audiobook Challenge is designed to not only help you to read your audiobooks, but to also find out about other great audiobooks from other challenge participants!
Though you may pop in/out at any time, the Audiobook Challenge will run on a monthly basis so you are able to see progress being made.
There are no minimum page requirements, and you can read abridged or unabridged audiobooks!
1. At the beginning of the month, post :
a: How many audiobooks in total you want to read for the month
b: How many audiobooks in the monthly category you want to read
c: Post the audiobooks (as you decide on them) by linking them to Goodreads in your post
2. During the month, read the audiobooks that you can AND update your post with your reviews. (You can do this after each book or wait until the end of the month.)
3. At the end of the month, update your post and with:
a: What books you read
b: Link(s) to your review(s) - note: can only be linked to Goodreads and not an external site
c: How many audiobooks you have read for this challenge this year
Then start a new post for the next month!

Yay!Is gonna be a non-theme month for me, as I don't have any! I work really hard to clear my previous year every year, and am actually doing pretty well with that!

My August Recommendation (and why). Diagnosis: Solving the Most Baffling Medical Mysteries by Lisa Sanders is an excellent nonfiction collection of stories about patients with unusual symptoms resulting in very uncommon diagnoses. The author was a technical advisor for the TV series House, and this book is very much along that line, but without the soap opera drama surrounding any regular "characters." All of the cases presented in the book happen to different patients with different doctors and medical centers involved.

MY MONTHLY RECOMMENDATION (and why): I highly recommend
by Douglas Westerbeke This is my favorite book of the year, This is compared to Addie Larue but it is so much better, and I gave Addie Larue 5 stars.
MY MONTHLY RECOMMENDATION (and why):So, I only had two books that qualified for the category this month, because I do a really good job every year of clearing out the previous year's audiobooks.
the two books I did have had been waiting for a previous book in the series to show up on sale before I bought it (almost all of my audio books are bought in 2-for-1 sales).
But just so I could read something in category this month, I went and bought said book without it being on sale (don't tell my husband! I'm not allowed to buy books this year!). All three books were fun!
The books were the final 3 books in the Enzo series by Peter may, which starts with
it's quite a fun crime series if you can look past the "middle aged man wish-fulfillment" thing of every single woman falling for our MC 😆
