Do they need to be a traditional family (related by blood) for the family bond task, or can it be a found family?

Any family is fine by me.

Would multiple generations of a family be 2 or does it need to be more?"
Since "multiple generations" typically include grandparents, parents, children, and sometimes great-grandchildren, 2 is acceptable if you're referring to say Grandparents and their kids.
For example, a family gathering with individuals from ages 5 to 85 would represent multiple generations.

Just wanted to check! Thanks!

Would it count for the mini?

Celebrate the bonds that matter! Choose books that explore the beauty and complexity of friendship, from childhood pals to lifelong companions.

Can a book qualify for love across cultures if it is a book about a human and a hellhound. Im thinking of this book, On A Rift's Edge.
Iliana, let's not cross species for that task, cultures only. However, you could certainly use it next month for love between humans and animals, if indeed there is love ....

Thanks!
She'll be so happy that I will finally read it!!

I'm looking at Part of Your World where the characters are from an urban culture and a small town culture - will this work?
thanks!

Go have a look now, it's showing points different from what you said, but I think it's correct now.

Im presuming we could all read one in Austrailia ( none of us live there)

The book only has to be started after the beginning of the challenge.
If you started a book on Jan 8 and didn't finish until Mar 5, you would use the book in March.

Important Announcement for Teams
As I was updating spreadsheets, I noticed a few teams have members who haven’t read anything this month. I’m happy to help find replacement players for missing members, but I can’t keep track of everyone on my own. If your team is missing a member and you’ve tried to contact them without success, please let me know ASAP so I can find you a replacement.
For teams that have a period of time where a replacement can’t be found, I’m allowing MOD books to keep the team afloat. This ensures your team stays active and competitive while we work on filling the gap.
Happy reading, adventurers! Let’s uncover the mysteries and lies hidden within the pages of our books this March. 📖✨

It's okay if a significant amount of time is spent in a country, without it being over 50% of the book?
I have a couple that a big chunk of the book is set in a different country....but I haven't checked to see if it's more than 50%. I don't want to spoil the story while scanning to see the %.
btw, none of the book is set in my country.

I'm not going to put a number on the amount of time spent in a country. I would ask that you use your judgment. Obviously, the characters "flying over" or "passing through" a country, isn't really enough, but if they spend any amount of plot time there, you can use it.

An unreliable narrator is a storytelling device in which the narrator's credibility is compromised, either intentionally or unintentionally. This type of narrator may provide misleading, biased, or false information, leading readers or viewers to question the accuracy of the story being told. The unreliability can stem from various factors, such as:
☆ Personal Bias: The narrator may have a skewed perspective due to their beliefs, emotions, or experiences.
☆ Mental Instability: The narrator might be suffering from a psychological condition, such as delusions or memory loss, which distorts their perception of reality.
☆ Lack of Knowledge: The narrator may be ignorant or misinformed about certain events or details.
☆ Deception: The narrator could intentionally lie or withhold information to manipulate the audience or other characters.
☆ Immaturity or Naivety: A young or inexperienced narrator might misinterpret events due to their limited understanding of the world.
