New - The One I Need - contemporary romance. This was one of my favorite reads last year for a few reasons. I liked that the MMC was a young grade educator and the FMC was co founder of a company. I liked that the FMC was the mistrustful grump vs the sunshiney MMC. I loved the MMC's back story as well as the FMC's. The found family and group of friends in this story were also one of my favorites of the year. It was low on angst, high on communication. Small town.
