Probably not Eunice as she's new :)

Review: It was an enjoyable light read, as most cozy mysteries tend to be. Some elements of this book are familiar from other cozy mystery series, like the female MC moving to a new cozier town or instantly having the hots for two or more male interests, who are coincidentally interested in her too. While the characters are nothing to write home about, the mystery, the investigation, and the way it was set up were better than some cozies I've read, and the paranormal aspect added an extra layer to the story and made it a little more interesting.

Review — This was a very sweet and sometimes silly cozy mystery. The characters were fun and I like the premise of Katie not knowing she’s a witch. If/when I continue reading the series, I look forward to watching Katie grow her power.

Review — This is more of a 3.5 book for me, but I so love Ilona Andrews and the potential of this series. There is a lot of good in the book…the characters seem interesting and I love this new world. My issue with this book is more that there are some really detailed descriptions about certain things that do not need to be there…they distracted me from the story and at this point I’m not sure the information is necessary. I look forward to more of this series.

Review:
At first being introduced to Rehvenge, I felt there would be more to him that what we were told. Boy, did that turn out to be true! I liked learning everything that brought him to his station and how he played all the cards that have been dealt him to this point. He has a new path due to circumstances that forced his hand, and I think it has given him some hope.
Rehv and Ehlena are a very good match (but mates and all, I guess that is expected!) They are direct opposites in all ways except that they both are exiled so to speak. They balance each other and understand the the things people will do to protect those they love.
It was also good to have Wrath's presence more prominent in the story. The stories of all the Brothers are moving along with twists but that makes the series interesting.
It's been too long since I've read anything in this series. I don't know why I wait so long between reads in any of my series. Maybe I won't wait as long to read the next....

Here was good enough, but I see you also posted on the Discussion thread, which was also suitable :)

Review:
This series is mostly fluff, but it is still one that I enjoy. The characters are so quirky that you can't help but like them! It's always a fun time when you visit the Isle!
Lily and Ranger X are involved in solving the latest mystery. Lily is growing as the mixologist. All kinds of things are starting to be revealed...but I'm not mentioning any of them!! This book introduces a new character, The Quilter. She shows up with a gift of something that you will soon need, with no other explanations.
It's a cute witchy series full of family and friend ties.

You now have an updated BINGO card with a stamp on 'Nat'l Food Day'.

review — Another great installment in this series. There are some amazing politics that are handled so well in this book. The different factions are trying to find peace after the events of the previous book. Although peace is found, I know it won’t last. I’m also happy to see Mercy’s and Adam’s relationship grow and look forward to them as a couple instead of adversaries.

Review:
I will admit that I have put off reading this book because I had started watching the British TV series and since I knew a good bit of what was going on, I thought why bother with the book. Silly woman!!
The writing is good (and surprises me that this is a debut novel); the author had a flow/rhythm that just worked for me. The story and world is intricately woven leading you into the lives of the main characters, not sequentially but instead giving you the hidden details when they will give the most impact.
Diana is a dormant witch who is just learning to use her powers and Matthew is a strong (and old) vampire with many allies, abilities and sides. Of course we have the cliche forbidden romance, but it wasn't overbearing to me and there was much more to the story. I'm looking forward to learning more about the coming war between the witches and vampires (and possibly demons) and to see how the love affair goes.
There are many conflicting review for this book but I like what I like - judge me if you like! I thought it was a great start to a series.
