This was a re-read and I still think it is great. It started a bit slow, but definitely had the creepy ghost story vibe but still kept some of the zaniness Crusie is known for.

I understand completely! I have three going right now and I'm not making progress with any of them. Trying to power through A Morbid Taste for Bones tonight. I'll update letters on our sheet after I get home from work.
I loved those Brother Cadfael mysteries when I read them many eons ago. I'd forgotten about them though. Hope you like it.

Sorry ladies. I haven't been feeling well. I didn't get much reading in yesterday because of it but I did finish a book tonight. :)I updated the spreadsheets and we finished our second spell out of Licorice. Yay! We now have 235 points and now starting our third spell out of licorice.
Awesome teamwork!

We had a fun night playing Munchkin. I lost but it was a lot of fun. I am hoping to playing games on Saturday.
I know what you mean about working getting in the way of reading. It's happening to me too. I have a 13 hour work day tomorrow so I'm thinking not much reading. I've also starting lots of books and not finishing a lot. I will get my quota in by the end of the week so no fear! :P

Amazing reading!
I'm reading The Silence of the Lambs so there are a few good letter options, including a "C". I should be done in about an hour.

Michelle wrote: "RachelvlehcaR wrote: "I've never read an Agatha Christie book. They pretty good?"They are old fashioned mysteries. I just love them! I never guess the ending and they always entertain me."
I read tons of Agatha Christies back in the day and now I'm rereading and catching up on some I missed. I have discovered that I adore Miss Marple, am very much amused and entertained by Hercule Poirot and hate Tommy and (particularly) Tuppence Beresford with a fiery burning passion. :)
Now I have to figure out what to read next. I think I am out of I books for the time being. I have one where every single character seems to start with L, maybe I'll zip through that one.
Tommy and Tuppance are not my favorites, either. They are obnoxious. I love Poirot and Miss Marple, though. She wrote so many books it will take me years to read them all.Just starting
. Probably will roll to next week because of my work schedule this weekend. We are also celebrating our wedding anniversary on Saturday night. 17 years! Where does the time go?
I will have to pick up one of her books to see how I feel about it.I'm almost finished with one of my books. I think we might do a 4th spell out of licorice. I plan on getting in about 4 more books by tomorrow night.

Congrats, Michelle!I will finish my Isabel Allende book before the deadline. It works for any letter, I believe.
My competitive side is bugged that 3 teams did better than us this week. :-o ! Good thing we have had such a huge lead!
I am so pleased to be on the most awesome team this challenge!
I also wanted to say that Agatha Christie is one of my absolute favorite writers. I keep meaning to simply read through all of her books...
I know what you mean Cheryl. I have been watching the points this week and I'm like oh my they are doing so well this week. We are only 100 points ahead! They are getting closer and closer. :O
Cheryl wrote: "My competitive side is bugged that 3 teams did better than us this week. :-o ! Good thing we have had such a huge lead!"We're not done yet though. :D 22 1/2 hours left to read.
I'm working on some of my series I have to finish plus it will help me level up in the RPG challenge. I read series books all the time but for some reason the third in the series a difficult one for me. I have tons of 1st and 2nd in the series, also with 4th, 5th, and 6th but come to 3rd. Yes Allison Ann, we have 22 more hours left and we will bring in the numbers. :P

Hello Red teams!Just wanted to let you know the new winner categories for this wheelathon have been posted here so each team can shoot for something other than just 'most points'.
I should have two done before tonight - one book has all the letters but O and the other only has L and E so far. Next week should be fun, lots of different letters!
I don't think I'll finish my book in time. I work early today so it will be close. Rachel, can you double check us and submit if I don't get home in time? This darn Apple Watch launch is consuming all of my time so I have been slammed at work. Then off to anniversary dinner tonight!
Don't worry Diane and Michelle, we are in good shape. I have my three books to finish and Allison Ann will finish 2 that will give us our 4th spell out of Licorice.Oh, Allison Ann, I will only do one BotM, the YA one because that is the only one I think and can force myself to read. I've already read Red Rising for TT and this is the BotM that won, Me Before You. There is no way I'm going to re-read that. It was a nightmare to read it the first time.
