As a team decide whether your books will be set in the past or in the future, then read at least 1500 pages set in that time frame. ‘Historical’ or ‘Futuristic’ tags will qualify depending on the selected time frame. Review:
Loved it. This reads like a cosy mystery even though its set in LA. The array of characters really makes this book so enjoyable - I felt I was part of the team as I read each new step in the process. MC Noah Valentine's personality really cements itself in this book. His investigation is both into a murder and into his own past as more of his ex-partner's activities come to light.

The romance with Javier O'Shea is subdued. This book is simply a stepping-stone in this wider arc.

Narrated by Jack Meloche - excellent.

I am not sure why I continue with this series! It seems like the "sad" outweighs the "happy" most of the time... grrr

Yes, I love the guys! Orlando and Jonty have my heart, but at the same time, I hate reading about a time when consenting adults didn't have the right to love who they loved... although, here in the States, that time may come again... 😭

Let me just say, as always, the mystery was great... but I am not sure how the whole "grandmother" issue is going to work out. I guess I will move on to Lessons in Trust and see what surprises it holds for me!

I love this book, its plot, the MCs (Rath and Tress) and the secondary characters we meet along the way. Its the sort of 'good triumphs' story that leaves you both satisfied and happy.

Review:
As a general rule, I like Riley Hart's stories... what I don't like are "sports" stories and yes, I should have read the dang blurb... 🤦‍♀️

I will admit, this wasn't my favorite Riley Hart story. It was cute at times and entertaining at times, but mostly it was... boring? I did like the snark! Frankly, I felt like it carried the book. Can't say that I have ever read so many insults that were "love" speak before, but the boys did it well! Both characters were well-written, and I really am loving the cover.

The support that Ty had from his teammates? We all could use friends like them and I would love to have a grandma like Brax's... she was amazing! Truth be told, I guess I just wasn't in the mood to read about "college boys" slowly growing up and realizing that "adulting" is hard whether your past has been easy or full of challenges.

Was this a bad story? NO! I just really need to read the blurbs from now on! LOL!!!

I really liked this one. I don't mind sports stories and both of these boys had some problems. Brax had daddy and brother issues and Ty just had daddy issues. Brax's brother was just the worst. What a douch canoe. But Ty, take the money and make it through college! I enjoyed their banter and their smexing was sweet and hot. Are they a likely couple, not so much but they somehow worked. Good read!

I also don't mind where one or both of the MCs are jocks although you don't tend to read alot about Lacrosse.
I kinda felt sorry for Ty and his issues with his father and then Braxton and his brother.
I think the series will be good and one I can keep dipping in and out of.

Review:
Super cute and very amusing, I really enjoyed this book. MC Charlie is SO clueless but so sweet and caring, you can't help but forgive his obliviousness. MC Liam is seriously sweet as well, but in a different way. He's practical and sensible, except for his deeply romantic which stretches a mile wide. Such a great combo.

Narrated by Greg Boudreaux - one of my fav narrators :)

I knew Kane's story was going to be a good one. I already loved him from previous books so was looking forward to this one. Like all the others, it started interesting, lost some of it's luster then hit me right in the feels. This has happened with every book in this series. These guys are all broken in some way and watching them find love is just a joy.
