Announced- officially- is the March 2015 Challenge.
And yes, a few of you guessed it.... PAGES!
How many licks does it take? Some of you may or may not know, but now is the time to rack in those points. This will remain similar to the ranking and scoring in the Races and Games. Your challenge is to add in as many possible pages while hitting some delicious, might I add ... Very delicious, rankings.
Over the month of March, it is your challenging goal that you are trying to beat. Let's add those books and pages to your goal list!
The various rankings are as follows:
50- Kid in a Candy Store
100- Lollipop Lover
200- Chocolate Craver
300- Wonka Worker
400- Gumdrop Gals
500- The Silver Ticket
600- Gummy Guys
700- Sour Sally's
800- Rocky Candy Rockstars
900- Juicy Jellies
1000- The Golden Ticket
1500- Candy Collector
If you hit 1000 pages, You will receive a little e-something from me!!
Once you hit 1500, you're in it to win. And yes, you will win a little something from yours truly. I will mail it to you wherever you are. I will message the winner personally!
The rules are simple. Read as many books and rack in the pages. In case of a tie, you need to also indicate the amount of books your read. If the book is over 500 pages it will count as two points. If it is anything under, it will count as one point.
As long as you have at least fifty pages left of the book, it can count for March.
When logging the book and pages, please do something like the following (for easy counting):

QUESTION - is there any restriction on WHICH edition to count for the pages? Some of us "read" audio books - which edition do we count? Some groups state original edition hardcover; some groups go by the mass market paperback edition, etc.And of course there are those large-print editions (which I sometimes read because they are easier on the eyes ... and because I can get a popular book faster from the library in LP edition than in regular edition)

Good question. Choose the original edition(hardback) for the ebook versions. That is normally the first version that pops up when searching the book on a search engine or here!
