Niamh's 2022 Challenge: Reduce the Goodreads TBR

Previous years have seen me challenge myself to reducing my print and e-book TBR lists. This year I'm just going for a generic TBR reduction, across whatever medium.

I have set my 2022 reading goal as 52 books for the year (average 1 book per week). Currently, my Goodreads TBR is 344 books. The goal is to get that number below 300. Giving myself a bit of leeway as new books are announced or discovered and subsequently added to the list.

The trouble with reading books that are the first of a series is that, if you like them, the TBR pile doesn't shrink, because then the next book gets added! I feel like this is going to happen multiple times this year
