Snapshot by Garry Disher, #3 in his Inspector Challis series. I didn't enjoy this episode as much as previous ones. The investigation was slow (not a bad thing) and then was broken by some conveniently discovered clues and seemed to finish with a rush. https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...?
