Missy | 936 comments Andrea -

Picked all my books this weekend and added a new shelf TBR Crusher 2022. Can you replace to this new shelf? Now to add all the books to it.

I lied . . . I can't find a book set in spring or less than 15 chapters. Suggestions welcome!!

Missy, I got your shelf link switched. Thanks for letting me know about that.

Books set in spring:
The Lady and the Lionheart by Joanne Bischof Chasing Hope by Kathryn Cushman Dear Mr. Knightley by Katherine Reay Lethal Intent by Cara C. Putman The Secret Keepers of Old Depot Grocery by Amanda Cox A Midnight Dance by Joanna Davidson Politano Hostile Intent (Danger Never Sleeps, #4) by Lynette Eason The Nature of Small Birds by Susie Finkbeiner

Books with fewer than 15 chapters:
P.S. Goodbye (Restoring Heritage, #0.5) by Tari Faris While It Was Snowing (Restoring Heritage #2.5) by Tari Faris This Quiet Sky by Joanne Bischof
A lot of novellas will have fewer than 15 chapters, but I've even seen a few novels with lengthy chapters that only have a dozen or so. I just can't think of which ones those were.

You're welcome, Lauri. I am always happy to help brainstorm books, if that's needed and if I know of any in a particular category.

Ok, now I am cracking up. When I saw "wild animal" I thought more along the lines of lions and tigers and bears OH MY!

Andrea Cox (andreacox) | 6243 comments Mod
Those totally count too, for sure, but the more commonly seen wild animals are acceptable as well. When I wrote that task, I thought the large-cat and bears sorts too, but then I realized there are so many wild animals out there in the world that surely this could be a broad enough task to find something to work for everyone.

I started reading a book thinking it would check off one category when suddenly, to my surprise and elephant was part of the story. Checking off "wild animal" instead thanks to A Journey by Chance (The Other Way Home #1) by Sally John

Andrea . . . I have a bit of a conundrum here. I shelved the 'e-book' edition of 'Christmas at the Circus' back in December, when I meant to shelve the kindle edition. Because I've already read the kindle edition, there's no way to easily switch editions so that the correct edition is on my TBR crusher shelf. Will I be penalised for putting the correct edition on my shelf?

Andrea Cox (andreacox) | 6243 comments Mod
Not at all, Kate. If you already had a format of the book on there, there is not a problem to read a different format of the same book even if that format is not on your shelf. So if you had added the Kindle copy of Christmas at the Circus but then decided to read the paperback or audiobook copy, that still counts.
