Done. Lee, please take a look and make sure that I got them all, and that the list looks good to you. There are still a number of books added by the same person who added the ones that don't fit the criteria.

I know that's a lot of books, so if removing them is too much work, you can just delete the list. With so many books that don't fit the criteria, it's useless anyway.
