I think this is my favorite book in the series so far. Rainn is the grumpy guy who works at both the bookstore and the bar and Whit is a hockey playing farmer who really wants to have sex sometime in the near future. Rainn agrees to be his wingman but does a super crappy job because his straight ass wants Whit but can't figure that out. Funny, snarky, sweet...it had all the feels.

Review:
The MCs in this book were really interesting with diverse backgrounds that basically lifted this book up in enjoyment. Whilst there was an element of predictability, it didn't quite follow the path I expected - another bonus.

Yes, the cover caught my eye!
Yes, Flip and Wallace were meant to be!
Yes, the story was very entertaining!
But, what intrigued me was the Airfloat camper... I want to run out and buy one to restore it! Those things are just fascinating!

Cohen in on the hockey team. Seth is the twin brother of Foster and the bff of Zach from book 1. Whew. Okay, I was worried about this one because Seth is having a hard time identifying his sexuality and since he doesn't really like sex thinks he's ace. I just read a book about that and if there's anything less sexy than trying to have good sheet time with someone that doesn't like it, I can't think of it. Anyways, that wasn't the case and it turns out he was hot to trot for Cohen. What started out as an anonymous online relationship blew up into so much more. What a ride. Best to read these suckers in order.

Review:
I loved the mix of wrestler geek with a zen attitude, teaching maths to the intelligent, dedicated but 'needing-reassurance' footballer. The issues are not too OTT; family issues/religion are involved but not dominant. An easy and enjoyable read/listen.

I knew Asher's book was gonna be a doozy. I wasn't wrong. Of course he has to start something with the coach's son but it wasn't out of rebellion like I was expecting. Their relationship seemed organic and kind of wonderful. How they'll make it work, who knows? I really hope Asher's brother West's book is next.

I really should have read these books in order before starting her other series but I didn't. My bad. These books are all in chronological order and build upon each other so they are not stand alone stories. Thankfully, I remembered what I needed to so I could continue without being too confused but I will admit I forgot how action packed these suckers are. My god, people are killing, stabbing, chasing things constantly. Trying to picture the fights scenes in my head just doesn't compute. Too. Much. Information. That said, if you like action packed badass books where the romance in kind of secondary then these are for you. Can't wait to read Seth's story.

Review:
I love paranormal ghost stories and this one has plenty of spectres to keep me happy! Creepy setting, crazy characters and lots of malevolent apparitions. And ove our MCs and secondary characters - they have foibles and insecurities to sort through, with friends/family to help perspective. We also have familial visits ;)
Great book for Halloween!
Narrated by Joel Leslie - ideally suited to these sort of stories and English settings...

UGH, this story and I didn't have a great beginning, but about halfway through we became Sympatico! *grin*
That was quite the ending and NO, I am NOT a fan of cliffhangers, but I saw this one coming and just didn't give a care... I will see Gaige and Kieran's story to the end, even if it takes me years to get there!

Oh Dear! This book was so hard to get into. I had a haed job getting to the killer and still can't see how the MC got there. The sex in this book was all cheating sex and althought I don't usually comment , this book needed a good editor. Fonts all different sizes, paragraphs that ended mid sentence and words that ran together.

a nice, low angst start to a series. Harrison and Finn meet when Harrison accidentally takes delivery of a load of chickens meant for Finn's farm. I like the slow build up to the relationship and the secondary cast of characters.
