Rating/Review: 4⭐ I really enjoyed the book and it made me realise how little I knew about the conflicts in Afghanistan in the last 50 years. There are some hard parts in the book but, in a sense, it was mild for what it could have been. The author focuses more on the main character, Amir, his relationships and his life. This story awakes lots of emotions and it won't leave you indifferent. I didn't end up loving Amir and that's the reason I am not giving it 5 stars. I did not agree with some of his decisions and by the end of the book, I needed more development in his redemption. I wished we had seen more of Hassan to contrast his character, that little boy stole my heart.

Rating/Review: 4⭐ This might be one of my favourite historicals that I have read in a long time. The premise is not new, a naive and innocent girl which is going to be married visits the owner of one gaming hell to be instructed on men from a "theoretical" perspective. However, I loved the characters and the story so much that I didn't mind that it was a too common trope in historical romances. I loved both the heroine and the hero, their personalities, their chemistry and the relationship development. The romance is a slow burn but there is a lot of sexual tension between them and one scene was so so hot! I am so glad I picked this series up again as I didn't enjoy as much the first in the series and I was planning to abandon it. Highly recommended if you enjoy historical romances.

The allure that book 1 and 2 had was so evident in this book. I was captivated and devoured it in less than two days. I liked a lot of things about the book, but there were a few things I shake my head about and wonder "why"... Overall it was a amazing ending to a mesmerizing series. Wow, was it something!

I didn't really feel the intensity like I have in the author's previous books I've read. I feel like he didn't grovel enough for me. I don't see this story staying with my long. There wasn't anything deep or mild blowing about the book, but it was pretty good if you want to read something steamy. Aiden was soooo hot and he spoke Italian!

Tess was a quirky woman who spouts out facts because of her childhood where she went from relative to relative and never felt like she was love. Cole was a control freak who does not do change well when these two hookup at their friends wedding with faulty condoms surprise bun in the oven. Their chemistry was combustible and a very enjoyable read. Definitely recommend this series!

Vince and Rose Love was enduring and special from friends to lovers. This was an very enjoyable read, from intrigue, drama, to very sweet and lovable special story. Definitely recommend!

I 𝙇𝙊𝙑𝙀 this series SO much!! It just keeps getting better and better. I'm a bit sad that all the Kincade sisters have had their books now. Not ready for it to end. This book was about the baby of the family, Chase. She leaves town to pursue something to help take her mind off things that are getting to be a bit too much. Not knowing that her world would get rocked by a hot, small town bar owner named Gunner. I adored Gunner. I adored Chase.

Sydney and Emi were friends but the age difference kind of turned me off. The story kind of dragged on and back and forth. It was and okay read but the one I read in this series was better
