I think most of you know each other, at least a little, but feel free to introduce yourself again. Please give any relevant information, especially time zone as that helps know when it is best to communicate. 😊

Please select a team leader to help keep track of where your team is in any given task. And as necessary guide discussions for task decisions. Any teammate can report your completions though.

Remember, it is the team's responsibility to notify the host (me) if a teammate fails to complete the task in a timely manner or otherwise goes missing! I am not checking all the team threads regularly to notice and may only check when notified a task is complete.

PS - If you want to be known as anything other than Team 1, you are free to come up with a team name. 😉

Hi everyone. I'm excited to get started. Laura, you did such a great job last time keeping track, so if you are ok with doing that again this time around, that would be fine with me.

My plans, as we're sort of still in Lockdown, can't do much. I think my dads going to come over, but I've taken the day off and I plan to just watch movies on the sofa and eat cake. I was thinking of ordering a collection from my favourite restaurant but its like 30 miles away and I think the food would end up cold.

I'm in GMT at the moment but as of 28th March I'll be in BST so I'll be an hour ahead. I think.

If you have a look at my post in message 16. This is my 2nd time playing so I'm not sure I've answered all the tasks, Laura will probably be best to use for an example of what to answer. Its just so we can decide before we get a task in, makes it quicker :-)

I sent a friend request to Sandy. I'll do my task list in a little while, I had homeschooling with my brother during my work break so I couldn't get to it on my break. It definitely helps for us to have it all worked out ahead of time. I remember last time it went pretty smoothly.

As for names, I like Reading Queens and The Page Turners.

I'm in Southern California, so PST.

Just an FYI (I told Laura when she invited me to join the team) - I do taxes so I'll be working a lot for the first month of the challenge. I'm still reading a few books a week, but I can do more after April 15th. I'm excited for the challenge to start - thanks so much for letting me join your team!!!

I have KU and Audible Plus, and there are lots of books available from my library through Overdrive. I'm willing to buy if it a book isn't too expensive.

Hi Sandy,
Some books might be lendable through Amazon too, so that might be an option as well. I have a MF lendable shelf and an MM lendable shelf that might have a book you'd like to borrow.

I don't think I bought any books for this challenge which was nice. KU, Overdrive and what I had borrowed from the library worked for me.

I'd love to avoid buying books if possible but I think the Kate Daniels one and the Psy changling series are pretty cheap for 2nd hand copies.

Tho we could pick a Catherine Bybee series. I think everyone mentioned her and I like most of her books. I'm sure I could reread a book in a series thats long enough for us all to read. They should also be on KU...

I don't really have a favorite series that I haven't already read. I've read one of the Psy-Changling books and I did like it (I usually only read paranormal for challenges so I've only read the first one.) I like her contemporary books too. I'm fine reading a book from any of her series

Yes, thanks for pointing that out, Alicia. I believe last time if it was outside the US then you could go bigger. Someone already has an ask in the q&a regarding this task. I will keep an eye on the answer.

Hi everyone!

Busy weekend. I read yesterday, went to my brother's for the evening and did housework this morning and then my parents came over for lunch. I did mom and dad's taxes for them. I'm going to grab a quick bite to eat ~~then finish updating for us.~~ I can't update again until Sandy chimes in :-)
