Mia | 173 comments 54. Queen Margot, or Marguerite de Valois by Alexandre Dumas.

Not that big fan of this one. The Three Musketeers was little better.

Mia | 173 comments 56. Steppenwolf by Hermann Hesse.

My first book from him and I really liked it, I definitely wanna read more of him.

Mia | 173 comments 57. The Blindness of the Heart by Julia Franck.

This one will definitely stay with me. Beautifully written.

Mia | 173 comments 59. The Secret History by Donna Tartt.

I've heard so much about this one so I was little disappointed. The story was good but I didn't find it that original and I don't know why this is so popular.

Thank you! I've been reading way more this year than I planned.

60. Absalom, Absalom! by William Faulkner.

My second book from him and I think I need a little break before I read anything else from him.

Mia | 173 comments 63. The Hand of Ethelberta by Thomas Hardy.

I think I just don't like Hardy.

Mia | 173 comments 64. Stylesin tapaus by Agatha Christie.

I love Agatha Christie and especially Poirot and Miss Marple. I haven't read her in years, so I decided to read all her books I haven't read, or don't remember reading.

Mia | 173 comments 68. Ella ja jättipotti by Timo Parvela.

69. The Grapes of Wrath by John Steinbeck.

This one was amazing. I really like Steinbeck.

Mia | 173 comments 70. To the Lighthouse by Virginia Woolf.

First Woolf's book I enjoyed.

Mia | 173 comments 71. Extreme Of Things by Jenny Joseph.

Very different than "Warning: When I am an Old Woman I Shall Wear Purple" but I really liked these poems.

Mia | 173 comments 74. Kristallivankila by Robin Jarvis.

I remember this being one of my favorite book when I was younger. I haven't read it in sooo many years so wanted to see do I still like it. And I do, maybe I should read the other books from the series.

Mia | 173 comments 75. Isoisää etsimässä by Arto Paasilinna.

I like Paasilinna but this was probably my least favorite. A lot was happening but it all felt very unbelievable.

Mia | 173 comments 76. Evelina by Frances Burney.

77. Kunniallinen petkuttaja by Tove Jansson.

Awesome. It got better and better the more you read it.

Mia | 173 comments 81. Neiti Marplea ei petetä - Agatha Christie.

82. Selected Poems by Fernando Pessoa.

My first time reading Pessoa and I totally fallen in love with his poetry.

Mia | 173 comments 90. Before the Coffee Gets Cold by Toshikazu Kawaguchi.

This book sounded so good and I was really excited to read it. But to be honest the writing was quite bad, at least at the beginning. It did get better in the end. Third and last story was my favorite.

Mia | 173 comments 92. Voikukkaviiniä by Ray Bradbury.

First time reading Bradbury and I really liked him.

93. Residence on Earth by Pablo Neruda.

message 83: by Mia (new)

Mia | 173 comments 94. 2666 by Roberto Bolaño.

I liked the beginning and the end, but didn't like the middle part at all. And it was way too long.

95. The Talk of the Town by Ardal O'Hanlon.

I liked this one more than I though I would.

Mia | 173 comments 96. Tao Te Ching by Lao Tzu.

97. Muumipappa ja meri by Tove Jansson.

Loving this more and more every time I read it.
