Every year at this time I reminisce about Christmas past and all of our family traditions that we continue to honor. When my sister and I were children my mother started buying us at least one new Christmas ornament for the tree so when we were able to move out on our own we would have a starter collection. This is something that she still does every year for us and for her grandchildren. I also do this for my nieces. I am also amazed that every year new traditions are born and each family celebrates in their own special way.
Start a new tradition this year by reading a book with the MPG Holiday by an author that is new to you. The holiday does not have to be Christmas but the author must be one you have not read before. The genre may stand alone or be embedded.
Required: State that the author is new-to-you when you post.
