A few days ago I ordered some book binders glue and a little paint brush off of Amazon to fix minor binding issues. I personally don't like ribbons in my books so I don't know that I'd be to upset if any of mine fell out. For condition purposes I wouldn't be to happy about it though.

I should have a box from IST arrive today. I may be most excited about Birthright TPB vol 2.

Yep, it's got a very interesting concept and it's well done in the first arc in TPB vol 1. It does have an unexpected wrinkle with the hero's vector. I'm hoping there will be some sort of turn around or twist at some point.

Interesting to see that the Perez Wonder Woman omnibus is still in the top ten sellers on IST. I feel like they must be selling pretty briskly to stay on there for several weeks on end. Makes the choice to switch from calling this first one volume 1 to no numbering interesting. I was hoping we would see more. Perhaps with strong sales plus a movie coming we will see more Wonder Wonder Woman in omnibus format.

I looked at the Marvel sale and I think they just added an extra 3%. I believe they are always about 42% off. Either way, a good time to buy something. I'm going to try and hold off and save some money till next month.

I ordered Batman and Robin by Tomasi HCs 4 and 5, Siege OHC, and Superman The Black Ring HC vol 1 and 2. Last week with the Marvel sale I ordered the Aaron Punisher Max omnibus. Next week if I recall correctly (IIRC) will be the Shield omnibus. :)

I may pick up the Image Descender TPB 1 and check that out.

Yes Ennis did a Max run. It was totally average IMO.No character development. I've not read any other punisher stories.

Nice set up. They all look so good next to each other like that.

Colossal Conan is the same size as Big Damn Sin City. If anything, it may be slightly thicker. If you run across a copy it's worth picking up. I don't have any other Conan anything but I do recommend this volume, great art and story.

New books are up on InStockTrades. Usually go up closer to 3pm IIRC so they are a little early today. Good to see the Steranko Shield priced no higher than the regular version.

I ordered the Convergence HC too. I've heard poor things about it story-wise, but it's $14 release week for me so I figured I'd give it a shot since it is supposed to change the DC status quo. which makes me think of this question, if the DC status quo is continual major change every couple of years, than wouldn't changing the status quo equal not making major changes?

Sometime the variants sell pretty quickly and they raise the price on them. I've seen the same book go up $10 from first price on the release day. I didn't want to spend extra or risk a sell out on the Steranko cover of the Shield omnibus. I even set a reminder to check the site from my e-mail. :) There is just no telling how quickly it will sell or how many copies IST has available.

Will be picking up MMW Defenders next week and probably the Fraction Hawkeye Omni the week after that. Big month for me...

I've been waiting for them to announce Hawkeye omnibus is bumped and they are bringing out the OHC first instead but looks like that isn't going to happen. That just means I'll get the whole story sooner. :)

I might pick up the Spider-Woman MMW. I'm going to wait and hope they release a Defenders omnibus, an easy choice for me since I don't have any of the other MMW volumes. Even if they do release an omnibus there is no telling if it will contain all the issues in the 5 MMW volumes.

I added the Descender TPB to my order for something new to check out. We'll see how it turn out. :)

Some nice stuff there. I'd be interested to hear what you think of Sixth Gun too. Not one I've checked out. I did really liked the Uncanny X-Force omnibus. Fear Agent is also really good but you have to read the second volume before some of it starts to come together as an awesome story. :)
