I normally don't read this many books at one time so I probably won't read some from every one, but I decided to try to plan a little more this time! I won't be able to read for the full 24 hours, but I'll be happy to read any amount of time since I've had very little time for several weeks.
Welcome back, Stephanie! Bethany is also reading The Silent Patient, I just commented on her post. lol. I enjoyed the book! I still haven't read a Bardugo book but I own Ninth House.
Elyse wrote: "Welcome back, Stephanie! Bethany is also reading The Silent Patient, I just commented on her post. lol. I enjoyed the book! I've heard mixed reviews for Ninth House so I'm looking forward to reading it. It's been waiting on my shelf for a year lol!

Ugh headaches on readathon day are the worst! I've battled them too. Looks like you recovered though, yay! Glad you had a good readathon!
I'm having a lot of fun playing the pre-readathon board game!! It's definitely taking longer than I thought it would. My pre-readathon game
I'm looking forward to the readathon next month!! I will post my tbr when it gets closer.
April Readathon (possible) TBR:- To Sir, with Love ARC
- Rabbits ARC
- Rule of Wolves (if I don't finish it before then)
I'm a bit of a mood reader so it will depend on how I feel that day. It will also depend on if I have any other current reads that I need to finish for challenges.
I will not be reading for the full 24 hours as I need my rest and sleep for health reasons. The readathon starts at 5am for me so I'm hoping to join by 9am and to be able to read for 10-12 hours.

So funny because I was thinking To Sir, With Love was To Sir Phillip, With Love and was like that's not an ARC! lol. I definitely need my sleep and will never be able to go the full 24 hours!
I don't read the full 24 hours either. I have made it to 22 before. I usually try for at least 18, but it varies my mood, what happens that day, how I feel, and others. I try to take an early nap and stay up later, but my body is not used to napping so even if I'm tired, can't always fall asleep, and sometimes the nap stretches on. It all depends!

Too funny, I almost accidentally selected To Sir Phillip, With Love on my post because I wasn't paying attention lol! I do want to read the Bridgerton series though, just haven't gotten to it yet. Maybe it's a sign that I need to read it soon ;-)

I usually end up getting a headache on readathon day from reading so much and allergies so anything over 6-8 hours is a huge accomplishment for me. I'm hoping to read more than that this year!
Yes, I can get eye strain or headaches and have to sometimes take breaks and headache pills. I usually aim for at least 15 hours, anything over is a perk, but it always flies by and goes too fast

I've read all but the 8th book and the "second epilogue" collection of which I won't be able to read until May when I get more Hoopla borrows. The later Bridgerton books are better than the beginning books in my opinion. Well, I liked 2 but I didn't like 1, 3, and 4.
Elyse wrote: "Stephanie wrote: "Elyse wrote: "Stephanie wrote: "April Readathon (possible) TBR:- To Sir, with Love ARC

Is it best to read them in order even though each one is a different Bridgerton?
Stephanie wrote: "Elyse wrote: "Stephanie wrote: "Elyse wrote: "Stephanie wrote: "April Readathon (possible) TBR:- To Sir, with Love ARC

Yes so you don't get spoilers because they appear as side characters in the other books after their main books. But the second epilogues seem to be put with their books now and THOSE are massive spoilers for other books so I would wait and read those at the end in the HEA bind-up, along with Violet's novella.
