Darius does not have any siblings but has lived with his single mom for as long as he can remember. Growing up was a bit hard since she often moved from place to place and although he didn't understand why at first he always trusted and was happy that she cares about him and took care of him.
He ended up and Camp Half Blood when he was found by a satyr and was taken to live there. He found out he was a son of Hermes and has been at the camp ever since. He does go home during the summer to see his mom since he still likes talking to her and spending time with her.

Appearance: Spiky, close-cropped black hair. Wears contact lenses, but also has a pair of glasses just in case. Hazelnut eyes and skin the color of roasted peanuts. Small scar on his cheek from a monster attack when he was six.

Personality: Lighthearted and easy to be around. Likes to try and relive tension with jokes. He's the kind of guy that is really nice to be around and you don't want as an enemy. Fierce and brutal while fighting, but never unless absolutely necessary. He never attacks first, and always tries to find a solution other than fighting.

History: His mom, Alex Dewinter, was a marine gunnery sergeant that, upon an honorable discharge, worked as a lifeguard. She was going around her usual duties, when a guy starts drowning. Without hesitation, she jumped into the ocean and started swimming towards him, heedless of her own safety. When she reached him, he pulled her under the water, and, to her surprise, she could breathe. Poseidon explained who he was, and they had a kid together. After about a year, he visited and saw his kid. After spending some time with him, he realized that this kid, although much more advanced than other people, was completely mortal. As Jake grew up, Poseidon realized that he had certain advantages over water, and could see through the mist quite clearly, that he had no special or godly abilities. Even though he wasn't a demigod, he attracted a lot of monsters starting at a very early age. As a seventh birthday present, Poseidon gave him an enchanted crossbow that always had an arrow, and an axe that was named Reef Bringer. He knew about camp half blood but never went, until his dad brought him there to train, even though he wasn't a demigod. He tries to keep the fact that he's a mortal from being discovered.

Before they got married, the twins made a bet. Whoever attracted the most goddesses’s son would inherit both of their fortunes. Anthony got married to Jane Abrahms, a daughter of Athena.
But about a month before that, Anthony caught the eye of Psyche. They dated for a month, before Psyche left, and Anthony married Jane. About 7 months after they were married, a basket appeared at the front door of Jane and Anthony’s house. Inside, was a baby girl, and a silver bracelet with butterfly wings on it. There were two mysterious scars on her back, but the couple decided not to worry. Jane was upset with Anthony, but when he said it was before they were married, Jane (slightly) understood, and decided to pass off the girl as her own. Jane loved the girl, and even convinced Anthony to let her name the girl. She named the girl Adelaide Vera Faye Morningstarr, because she had always liked that name.
Anthony (mostly) stayed faithful for 2 years, where he and Jane had a daughter, Elspeth (Elsie) Belle Sage, before he caught the eye of Selene. They dated for a few months, before Jane caught them, and they had to separate. By then, Adelaide was having a few... problems. Those two scars on her back? They were starting to grow butterfly wings. The townspeople started spreading rumors that Adelaide had been cursed by a witch, and Anthony decided to keep her inside. From the moment she arrived, she was locked in the house, and, like her sister, was treated more like a trophy than a girl. Jane tried to treat them kindly, but was stopped by Anothony. She was named Luna, after her bracelet. About a year later, another basket arrived at the front door, and Jane knew all too well what would happen.
She reluctantly brought the basket inside, and it held a little girl (later named Dawn), with ombre hair and the Morningstarr amber eyes. And the two scars. Out of the four girls, Elsie was the only one allowed outside of the house. After that, Jane left, but not before she told the girls “I will always be here when you need me,” and gave all of them compasses that she promised would lead them to her. After Jane left, Anthony treated the girls more and more like trophies, until Adelaide decided that was enough. She was tired of being treated like an object, and ran away, her only belongings her bracelet and compass. She set out to find Jane, as she was the only adult who treated her with respect. A few days after she left, Anthony, crying, told the 3 girls that he received word that Adelaide had died. He told them that the world was a dangerous place, and that the only safe space was the house. The girls stayed in the house, the only time any of them left for food, and that was just Elsie and Anthony.
About 5 years after Adelaide left, Elsie was married away, Dawn and Luna never seeing them again. Anthony kept treating them badly, until one day, Luna just snapped. She convinced Dawn to run away with her, to a place she said was for: “people like us”. They ran away the next day, never seeing their father again. After a week of traveling, they finally arrived at an inn, called The Lotus. They stayed there for what felt like a year, and in that year they met a girl named Alsie. Dawn, always trusting everyone, immediately trusted her with her life, while it took Luna a bit longer. They became good friends, until Alsie left the inn.
A few “months” after she left, Luna decided to leave the inn, now called a “hotel”, to try to find Elsie and Adelaide. They left the hotel, only to find everything about the world different. There were these weird moving paintings all around them, and everyone was wearing way different clothes then what they were wearing. A man walked up to them, and asked if they were part of the Renaissance Festival down the road. Luna and Dawn, still very scared of this new world, said no, and asked what that was. They ran away when he explained what it was, freaked out by the concept. They stumbled upon a house, owned by a kind woman, who was also a demigod. She gave them shelter, food, and an explanation, saying they were demigods, and that had been tricked into staying at the Lotus Hotel and Casino. Luna immediately trusted her, which was quite rare for her, and she cared for them like, well, Jane did.
One day, the girls were on a beach, and swimming in an ocean, when Luna and Dawn both saw a sea turtle (they had never seen one before), and were so startled, they flew up in the air. One of the mortals at the beach saw them, and called the police. They were arrested, before being broken out by a crazy scientist, who treated them worse then the prison guards did. He experimented on them, and hit them when they flinched at the needles. One day, he hit them harder than usual, and Dawn hit him back. This was extremely rare for her, and instead of punishing Dawn directly, he took Luna away, leaving her all alone.
A few days later, she received word that Luna had died, officially leaving her without family in the world. When she was 14, she was finally rescued by a demigod, and was taken to camp, where she was promptly claimed by Eos. After a few months at camp, she started dating a girl named Ailani Evans. They are still currently dating.

She parted with the hunt on good terms and still kept in touch with some of the hunters. She was dropped at Camp by the hunters, but is yet to be claimed.

1. Flying, but she hardly used her wings so it's hard for her. Extremely hard.
2. Children of Selene can transform into the different phases of the moon. Luna can transform into the Bloodmoon phase. During the blood moon phase the child's skin turns red and the child's reflexes become sharper as well as haemokinesis or the power to summon and control blood. But Luna hates using this power. It has only happened once and that was under extreme circumstances. She now puts a conscious effort not to do it so it will hopefully never happen and nobody else will know.
3. Children of Selene are able to Shadow Travel as well as "moon travel" which is similar to Shadow travelling. In order for moon travelling to work, however, moonlight must shine at the place they wish to go to. This form of teleportation is impossible when it is a new moon.
4. Children of Selene have divine authority over darkness and can stop people from shadow traveling
5. Children of Selene can use Darkness or moonlight to heal themselves as well as others
But using any of these powers leaves her drained with the exception of healing.

➳ ʜɪꜱᴛᴏʀʏ - Alizeh has never had an easy life, neither did the other demigod children. She lived in fear from not only the monsters hunting her because of her strong scent, but fear of her foster mother. When Ali was just four years old, her mother died infront of her eyes by a pack of rouge monsters. After she saw that and killed all the monsters with different versions of weather, she was never the same. Normally children of Aether are happy and cheerful but Alizeh was just broken. Her mother had left her alone in an evil world. Fast forward a few years until Ali was six years old. She was granted a foster parent from the orphanage and was accepted into the program. That sounded great to her but there was a catch. Her foster parent, Yazmin, was just as evil and as brutal as the world. Yazmin would continue to tell Alizeh that she was worthless, and she was the reason her mother died. And soon Ali started to believe her. As the years went on, she became to lose herself and when the chance came to go to Camp, she gladly took it. After a few days at Camp, Aether, her father claimed her as his own. A pleasant light surrounded her, and she felt like an outcast. A daughter of the wind and air primordial. How much more a freak could she get? When Alizeh was twelve years old, she tried to hang herself in the forest. But the nymphs sent by her father saved her. Now there is almost always a wind spirit near her, keeping her save from not only monsters but from herself as well. She had scars on her arms from her battles and cuts in places only some could see. Only some knew her struggles and only some will ever know. Her father, being on of the older gods, could break certain ancient laws and he visited her often in her cabin at Camp. As of today, very few things kept her alive. To everybody else who didn’t know her secret, Ali seemed nice and happy. But to everybody else, they could see under her mask that she wore. They could see the pain and the worry. Alizeh normally doesn’t like to battle or fight, which makes this war harder for her. She isn’t even allowed to have normal weapons near her, her twin swords are enchanted to never cut her. Ali doesn’t know if she’ll get better, nobody does, but she pushes herself ever day to get better.

~ Personality ~
When one first meets Heather, she often seems reserved and humble with an old-fashioned charm. She often seems quiet because she is thoughtful- which contrasts with her brash best friend Brooke. Whenever Brooke gets herself into trouble, Heather is always there to jump in and negotiate or help her fight their way out. With those she loves, she can be gallant, gentle and protective.

~ History ~
The Maynards were a family of wheat farmers descended from the goddess Demeter. The farm was one of few that survived during the Great Depression. Their sphere of the world was their farm and the nearby town, so limited contact with the world kept the family safe from monsters and any other supernatural forces for the most part. That was until a traveler turned up on the farm, seeking shelter for the night. A restless Charlotte Maynard instantly became fascinated with hearing the man’s travels and the man enjoyed her kindness and witt. A week soon passed in this way before he had to leave, but he continued to come to see Charlotte as often as he could until the two of them decided to travel together. Realizing who the man was, the young woman’s father insisted that leaving with him was dangerous for her.

Despite his protests, Hermes took Charlotte traveling all over the globe. After seven months together, she became pregnant. Another nine months, she gave birth to a baby girl and the three of them began traveling again for four years until Ares and his lieutenant Eris interrupted their date night. The god of war had a bone to pick with him, insisting they resolve the situation as warriors. In the middle of their competition, Hermes dodged an attack, which unfortunately hit Charlotte instead. Following her passing, Hermes returned to the Maynard farm, where the grieving god told Charlotte's parents the news and left little Heather in their care.

During the next nine years, Charlotte's mother died of cancer and Josef Maynard raised her with the help of the field hands. As his only living grandchild, Heather began helping in the fields and with the animals from a young age. He was able to protect her for a long time before any monsters caught her scent and attacked the barn. He knew the time had come that he could no longer protect anymore, so he sent her to Camp Half-Blood with the celestial bronze scythe that had been passed down through the generations in the hopes that she would be safe there.

A doe ran in front of Artemis, she was a regal golden color with patterns of disfigured spots that ran along the left side of her leg. Artemis had charmed an arrow, little did she know that the arrow had been charmed with too much magic. Artemis followed to doe and watched her, waiting for the right moment to attack. After a few minutes the doe had stopped running and bent her head down to drink water from a lake that was in the woods. Artemis knew that the doe would not be able to run away with the lake right there, so she placed the charmed arrow into the bow and pulled the string with the charmed arrow notched. She aimed and let go. The arrow spun in the air and it hit the doe right in the stomach. Artemis nodded her head and walked over to the fallen doe. Red scarlet blood seeped through the open wound. Artemis squatted down and was now only a few inches up from where the doe lay. She took out her knife, ready to end the doe’s life swiftly, so it felt no pain, but a scream erupted from the doe’s mouth. She had turned into a naked baby girl. Artemis fell backwards and landed on her bottom. She then realized her arrow had been charmed, and it could have been charmed too much. She sighed and picked up the baby. Artemis took the bleeding baby girl to her twin brother Apollo, where he healed her. After a few months of caring for the baby, Artemis took her to Camp Half~Blood. Before she left she had named her Astera Rose Callistro. Then Artemis left and never saw her daughter again.

From that vision, Artemis went on a hunt the next day, and found her vision to be true. Now seventeen years later, Astrea has grown up to be just like her mother. (hide spoiler)]

When he 13, he fell through a frozen-over pond, into the freezing water below. When he didn’t feel the cold, (thanks to Boreas) he knew something was wrong with him.
He was reading a newspaper the next day and strange characters (Ancient Greek) shifted and became English. He read about a place called Camp Half-Blood and knew he had to get there. He left his mom with his two older sisters and made his way south, to the fabled haven for people like him.
On his journey south, he was stopped by a manticore that smelled the strong blood in his veins. It was as he was bleeding and poisoned from the manticore's tail that he was gifted his two stygian ice rings from his father, capable of turning into the parrying daggers he was lucky enough to be able to stab the manticore with. His wound froze over as he finished the journey to camp-half blood, stemming the wound until the healers from the Apollo cabin could help him.
The first thing he started learning at Camp Half-Blood was how to use his freezing daggers to the best of his ability. During a particularly brutal training in the ring, he accidentally summoned the North Wind to freeze his enemy where he stood. After that, he started training with ice and wind as well as his daggers. Now, he can make, change, and melt ice while attacking with the North Wind.
