History: Once, Aphrodite and Hera got into a fight on whether or not Hera should have demigod children. Aphrodite pretended to surrender, but instead placed a what if curse on her (What If She Had a Demigod Child). It kept bugging her, what her child would look like, sound like, and who it would be with. Unknowing it was Aphrodite who placed the curse on her, she begged Aphrodite for help. Aphrodite agreed to help, saying if she sculpted the child out of clay, it would help, and once she completed sculpting the child, the curse would be gone. She secretly exchanged the regular clay, for some of Prometheus’s clay, the one that he made humans out of. She sculpted the child, but realized if she was to have a child, who would it be with? She looked and looked, and finally settled on Richard Meyer, a journalist for USA Today. She kept looking down at him from Olympus, for “research” on his actions and looks. Soon, she realized she wasn’t doing all this “research” to finish the child, she actually liked him. She started going down to Earth, and trying to get him to notice her. One day, she saw Zeus going into a coffee shop with another woman. She started crying, and that’s when Richard finally noticed her. He asked her what was wrong, and she looked up, surprised. She told him that she saw her husband cheating on her, and he said the same thing kept happening to him. They started talking, and Richard invited Hera (under the alias of Meredith) to coffee. Zeus saw this and was very mad. Aphrodite stopped this, saying that he should mess with her before he got revenge. They waited till Hera got more attached to him before they started messing with her. Aphrodite tried to get Hera to reveal her secret boyfriend to her. Nothing worked. She finally snapped, going down to Richard’s house killing him, thinking that Hera would step in to save him. She couldn’t, and her heart broke. It broke even more when she discovered that Richard already had another child, a son named Mika. Hera was devastated, but by that time, the curse had already worn off. She wanted to completely forget Richard, so she burned his body, along with the clay baby, in the hearth of the gods. But she just couldn’t forget the look on Mika’s face, when she carried the dead body of his father out of his exploded house. She started to hear rumors of Hestia having small crushes, and once they died, Hera burned their body’s and children coming out of the fire. She started hanging out more and more time at the hearth. She kept telling herself that this was for his son, and not her. Finally, one day, she saw what she had been waiting for. She saw a man, Richard, holding a baby, the one she had sculpted, and saying, “look Meredith, our child.” She dove her hands into the fire, and pulled out the embers. A man appeared, from where the embers had fallen. It was Richard! Luckily, all the other gods were on a vacation in Hawaii. Hestia looked stunned, and asked Hera what was going on. She reluctantly told her sister everything, knowing she would never tell. When Hera finished talking, they heard a cry coming from the flames. It was the girl (the child)! The two raced to grab the child from the fire, and grabbed the girl at the same time. Hestia apparently saw something in the fire, and told Hera to get out of there, with Richard and the child. She flew down from Olympus, into Richard and Mika’s old house. She waved her hand and revived the house to its former glory. She was surprised to see Mika, still there. She quickly explained everything to Richard, about her being Hera, and about Camp Half-Blood. She also explained how Zeus would probably go after the girl. She put a sleep spell on Richard and the girl, and left. When Mika woke up, he took one look at his father, who he was sure had died, and the baby girl. They named the girl Ella, and the 3 lived a happy life until Ella turned 4. For Ella’s 4th birthday, (when Mika was 8) they went camping in the woods. Soon after they started the fire, it started to rain. Richard, remembering Hera’s warning, started herding the kids into the car. Zeus had found out about Ella, and was very mad. He sent down his strongest lightning bolt to kill Ella. Hera tried to stop him, but it was too late. Mika saw the lightning bolt coming, and jumped in the way. The lightning bolt struck him, killing him instantly. Hera couldn’t stop this, but the second after Zeus threw down the bolt, Hera placed a blessing on Ella so Zeus couldn’t physically harm Ella. Richard and Ella were temporarily blinded by the bolt. When they regained their sight, they couldn’t find Mika, only a few eagle feathers. After that, the 2 never stayed in the same place for more than a month, so Richard had to quit his job at USA Today. It stayed like that until Ella’s tenth birthday, when Zeus figured out he could emotionally harm Ella. On her tenth birthday, Richard had Ella’s birthday outside. When it started getting stormy, Richard tried to herd all the kids inside, but it was too late. Zeus had thrown the lightning bolt, and it killed Richard instantly. The same thing that happened to Mika happened to Richard. The bolt, the eagle, the missing body. Ella was devastated, and immediately was placed into foster care.

She was soon adopted by Lila Reynolds, a daughter of Rhea and Amy, a daughter of Leto. The couple had already adopted several demigods, but were happy adopting another. A few years later, (when Ella was 14) Lila and Amy decided to finally send the demigods to Camp Half-Blood, but staggered so it would be easier to go unnoticed.

But Hera had other plans. She thought if Ella went to camp, it would be easier for Zeus to find her. Hera decided to send Ella to serve one of her favorite mortals. Ella decided to bring Katelyn, one of the demigods she befriended at the Reynolds House, with her to serve Cecelia, one of Hera’s favorite mortals. But what Hera didn’t know was that Cecelia was seeing Zeus, who Hera thought was Aeolus. A few weeks later, Cecelia was killed in a car accident, and Ella and Katelyn found a baby boy, no more than 2 weeks old, in a closet, all alone. Ella put the dots together and figured that this was Zeus and Cecelia’s son. Katelyn and Ella named the boy William, after Katelyn’s father. Ella realized she and Katelyn would be raising the boy alone, but since Ella was a child of Hera, it would be easier that it sounded. Katelyn just got a starring role in a movie, and soon got VERY famous. But not everything was perfect. Someone blamed Ella for Cecelia’s death. They had to flee the town, and it wasn’t long before Hera needed Ella to assist another one of her favorite mortals. On the way to New York, Zeus found out where Ella was, but this time it took longer to move in. Hera was away on a spa day, so she wasn’t thinking about Ella, so the blessing was weakened. Zeus barely hesitated on attacking Ella, because she was with his son, but ignored that thought, and shot down a lighting bolt, instantly killing William and Ella (Katelyn was shooting the pilot episode of her own tv show). Zeus didn’t have enough time to send the eagle, because during the bolt being shot, Hera felt something happening to Ella, and teleported to the Throne Room. She cried, and then started hurting Zeus like nobody’s business. When the other gods finally pulled her away, she called Hades and Demter for an emergency meeting. She bargained with Demeter and Hades, until she was able to get one soul back from the underworld, in exchange for Persephone to stay in the underworld for one more month. Obviously, she chose Ella, but Ella was still devastated without William, who she thought of as a son. She and Katelyn made their way to Maiandria and Sophia’s apartment. Five years after Carson died, a satyr found the 4, and took them to camp.

I just finished my daughter of Astraea. Name: Astra Axelia
Age: Unknown, looks 16

She also has pale skin, and has a fit build but is a bit skinny.
Personality: Astra is very kind, and doesn’t believe fighting will solve anything. She was placed on Earth to ready it for her mother, Astraea, and to help her bring another Golden Age upon man. She is very persistent, and won’t stop until has solved a problem. She is the very definition of an activist.
History: Long ago, when the Golden Age dawned on mankind, Astraea went to see her great-aunt Phoebe. Phoebe predicted that the Golden Age of Man would end, and Astraea would have to retreat from Earth like all the other Titans. Astraea knew that all of Phoebe’s predictions came true, and she became worried about the future of humans. She decided to create a daughter out of stardust, to tell her when humankind was ready for her return. She took lessons from Prometheus how to create human beings, and, from the remains of a star, and created Astra Axelia, whose first name means star, and last name means protector of man. Astraea sent Astra down to Earth during the Golden Age, to teach her how the humans in the Golden Age acted and lived. She found a Starchild, a person who believes the Golden Age is still reachable, and dedicated their life to bringing it back, and sent Astra down to live with one. When the Golden Age ended, Astraea had grown attached to Astra, and considered taking her off Earth with her. Mnemosyne reminded her of Astra’s purpose, and Astraea reluctantly sent Astra down to Earth. Astraea worked it out so that every century, Astra would get reincarnated, and if she died, she would only be reincarnated 3 times per century, and if she died more than 3 times per century, she would be dead for the rest of that century, and she will never age past 20. Her first lives weren't that bad, but when the Romans took over, life started to get harder. The Romans were more warlike, and Astra stood out more. When the empire fell, the number of Starchildren dropped significantly. It became harder and harder to find Starchildren who wanted to have children. The few who did, didn’t live long lives, and Astra often lived on the streets. This century, the number of Starchildren has dropped significantly. Astra was forced to live on the streets, when she was soon placed into foster care. After a while, she was adopted by Lila Reynolds, a daughter of Rhea and Amy, a daughter of Leto. Other: This is her Celestial Form. When she is outside of camp, she can choose one of her many appearances when she leaves camp. She can cause everyone around her to enter a state of lawful piece for a short time. She can also turn into stardust for a short time, leaving her invulnerable to current attacks. When she is startled or nervous, her eyes glow. She can tell when a person is a Starchild.
