Beautiful name! Yes, actually I did know that! One of my closest friends name is Hadassah!! 😄 I actually know quite a bit of Hebrew, not fluent by far, but some.

Oh, I forgot to answer your first question! 🤦🏻‍♀️ I don't know, I've never really thought about it.

Emma | meadowroselibrary Hannah wrote: "Oh wow, that's so neat, Emma! How did you come to know so much Hebrew?"

Well.... I guess you could say my family's beliefs. We do the Sabbath on Saturday, (we are not 7th day Adventist!! 😅) and our beliefs are sometimes called 'Hebraic Roots.' So we actually use a lot of Hebrew in our language as well, like instead of saying Jesus, we say Yeshua, his Hebrew name. Some of our friends say Yahweh instead of God. We are not Jewish either. 😄 I hope that all made sense?

Hannah Alane | 662 comments That's so interesting, Emma! Yes, totally makes sense. One of the people at our church is a Hebrew scholar, so he's helping teach my brother the Hebrew alphabet. Thought it was so cool that you knew a lot of the language as well!!!

Oh good! It can be kind of a confusing thing for people to understand. There's much more to my beliefs than that, but it would probably end up a book. 😂
That's so cool! Like I said, I am NOT fluent, but I could say a sentence okay in Hebrew. 😋

Lily Rose Dorothea | 1454 comments Okay, this is hilarious!!! I was looking for a plot generator. I have some story ideas brewing, and I was hoping I could get a little help from a plot generator. What I got was a good laugh. I don't think I've laughed this hard in ages!

War Civil War south
A Short Story
by Dorothy Barlow
Kerstin Sachs looked at the damp fiddle in her hands and felt anxious.

She walked over to the window and reflected on her dangerous surroundings. She had always hated war Civil War south with its bulbous, bad Battlefield. It was a place that encouraged her tendency to feel anxious.

Then she saw something in the distance, or rather someone. It was the figure of Herbert Sachs. Herbert was a courageous dependent with pretty arms and skinny ears.

Kerstin gulped. She glanced at her own reflection. She was a helpful, sympathetic, tea drinker with short arms and blonde ears. Her friends saw her as a vast, vacant volcano. Once, she had even brought a curved child back from the brink of death.

But not even a helpful person who had once brought a curved child back from the brink of death, was prepared for what Herbert had in store today.

The sleet rained like walking frogs, making Kerstin sad.

As Kerstin stepped outside and Herbert came closer, she could see the thoughtful glint in his eye.

"Look Kerstin," growled Herbert, with a patient glare that reminded Kerstin of courageous horses. "It's not that I don't love you, but I want Security. You owe me 9377 dollars."

Kerstin looked back, even more sad and still fingering the damp fiddle. "Herbert, I love you more than all the world, and I would gladly die to save you," she replied.

They looked at each other with frightened feelings, like two fantastic, funny fish running at a very kind snow storm, which had fiddle music playing in the background and two cowardly uncles thinking to the beat.

Kerstin regarded Herbert's pretty arms and skinny ears. "I don't have the funds ..." she lied.

Herbert glared. "Do you want me to shove that damp fiddle where the sun don't shine?"

Kerstin promptly remembered her helpful and sympathetic values. "Actually, I do have the funds," she admitted. She reached into her pockets. "Here's what I owe you."

Herbert looked love, his wallet blushing like a nice, narrow newspaper.

Then Herbert came inside for a nice cup of tea.

THE END

Beautiful The Maine Woods
A Short Story
by Meggy
Meg Dunham looked at the wet tree in her hands and felt joyous.

She walked over to the window and reflected on her bleak surroundings. She had always loved beautiful the Maine woods with its steamed, smooth swamp. It was a place that encouraged her tendency to feel joyous.

Then she saw something in the distance, or rather someone. It was the figure of Natty Bumppo. Natty was a generous honest with graceful hair and slender nose.

Meg gulped. She glanced at her own reflection. She was a daring, kind, water drinker with strong hair and blonde nose. Her friends saw her as an ashamed, angry angel. Once, she had even helped a bloody frail violet cross the road.

But not even a daring person who had once helped a bloody frail violet cross the road, was prepared for what Natty had in store today.

The rain hammered like walking bears, making Meg sad.

As Meg stepped outside and Natty came closer, she could see the deadly glint in his eye.

Natty gazed with the affection of 6242 noble leaking lynxes. He said, in hushed tones, "I love you and I want a story."

Meg looked back, even more sad and still fingering the wet tree. "Natty, beauty is never an illusion," she replied.

They looked at each other with gladsome feelings, like two magnificent, mutated mooses smiling at a very remarkable walk in the woods, which had folk music playing in the background and two virtuous uncles thinking to the beat.

Meg regarded Natty's graceful hair and slender nose. "I feel the same way!" revealed Meg with a delighted grin.

Natty looked fearful, his emotions blushing like a poised, pongy pine.

Then Natty came inside for a nice drink of water.

THE END

The Rain that Hammered like Walking Dog
A Short Story
by Untitled writer
Fitzwilliam Darcy looked at the cold piano in his hands and felt conflicted.
He walked over to the window and reflected on his shady surroundings. He had always loved polluted Pemberly with its mangled, miniature mansion. It was a place that encouraged his tendency to feel conflicted.
Then he saw something in the distance, or rather someone. It was the figure of Elizabeth Bennet. Elizabeth was a kind heroine with greasy toe nail and handsome finger nail.
Fitzwilliam gulped. He glanced at his own reflection. He was a valiant, well-read, tea drinker with tall toe nail and dark finger nail. His friends saw him as a broken, brawny bear. Once, he had even made a cup of tea for a crazy girl scout.
But not even a valiant person who had once made a cup of tea for a crazy girl scout, was prepared for what Elizabeth had in store today.
The rain hammered like walking dog, making Fitzwilliam moody.
As Fitzwilliam stepped outside and Elizabeth came closer, he could see the tiny glint in her eye.
"Look Fitzwilliam," growled Elizabeth, with an up-tight glare that reminded Fitzwilliam of kind jellyfish. "I hate you and I want Hawthorne flavored lollipops. You owe me 4644 pound."
Fitzwilliam looked back, even more moody and still fingering the cold piano. "Elizabeth, I have the lollipops you seek," he replied.
They looked at each other with romanctic feelings, like two bewildered, bulbous boa loving at a very sick wedding, which had broadway music playing in the background and two hero uncles singing to the beat.
Suddenly, Elizabeth lunged forward and tried to punch Fitzwilliam in the face. Quickly, Fitzwilliam grabbed the cold piano and brought it down on Elizabeth's skull.
Elizabeth's greasy toe nail trembled and her handsome finger nail wobbled. She looked grumpy, her wallet raw like a plain, poised pond.
Then she let out an agonising groan and collapsed onto the ground. Moments later Elizabeth Bennet was dead.
Fitzwilliam Darcy went back inside and made himself a nice cup of tea.
THE END

Sweet Adelaide
A Short Story
by Emma Jamison
Adelaide looked at the angry dagger in his hands and felt sad.

He walked over to the window and reflected on his dungeon surroundings. He had always hated scary Eddinburgh with its concerned, cooing Castle. It was a place that encouraged his tendency to feel sad.

Then he saw something in the distance, or rather someone. It was the figure of Thomas . Thomas was a lonely brute with brawly arm and overweight neck.

Adelaide gulped. He glanced at his own reflection. He was a sweet, discontent, tea drinker with skinny arm and big neck. His friends saw him as a delicious, deep determined. Once, he had even helped an eager twig recover from a flying accident.

But not even a sweet person who had once helped an eager twig recover from a flying accident, was prepared for what Thomas had in store today.

The wet teased like kidnap horse, making Adelaide evil.

As Adelaide stepped outside and Thomas came closer, he could see the easy glint in his eye.

Thomas glared with all the wrath of 1790 sad brief bear. He said, in hushed tones, "I hate you and I want revenge."

Adelaide looked back, even more evil and still fingering the angry dagger. "Thomas, "You have two days"," he replied.

They looked at each other with angry feelings, like two decomposing, damp dog running at a very missed mother steal, which had flute music playing in the background and two gentle uncles gulped to the beat.

Adelaide studied Thomas's brawly arm and overweight neck. Eventually, he took a deep breath. "I'm sorry," began Adelaide in apologetic tones, "but I don't feel the same way, and I never will. I just don't hate you Thomas."

Thomas looked mad, his emotions raw like a tan, thoughtful twig.

Adelaide could actually hear Thomas's emotions shatter into 943 pieces. Then the lonely brute hurried away into the distance.

Not even a cup of tea would calm Adelaide's nerves tonight.

THE END
