MKat - are these flowers white enough? It's hard to tell next to the dress. (This is for the white flower/s on the cover task, if that's not obvious).

Thanks!
"As a team, select an animal. Read 8 books tagged with that animal."For this task, if we chose wolf, and as long as it's tagged, choose shifter books?

Yes, you can use shifter books - but I would need a 'wolf' or 'wolf-shifter' tag to qualify.

Right now I'm really wishing I had come up with a Star Wars task and given it to everyone today. 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️May the 4th be with you! 😂

Do they have to be real flowers or would a depiction of a flower count for the white flower task? Aka would
work for the flowers on the dress? Or
are these white enough on an alternate cover?
Danielle Gypsy Soul wrote: "Will this work for white flowers on the cover?
"Yes and not only because that is a beautiful book!

Beautiful as in the story? Or just the cover? I'm intrigued. I've never heard of this one. 😊

Would we link both editions of a book if the book we read has the cover that fits the prompt but the kindle edition does not?
Plethora wrote: "Would we link both editions of a book if the book we read has the cover that fits the prompt but the kindle edition does not?"It is most helpful to post both, but absolutely post the one that fits the task.

Hello MK, my team was wondering if celebrity (actors, sports) or royalty (kings, dukes) was too vague for task #69. Thanks so much!
Allie wrote: "Hello MK, my team was wondering if celebrity (actors, sports) or royalty (kings, dukes) was too vague for task #69. Thanks so much!"OK, this is likely to be too long of an answer. 🤷🏻♀️
Celebrity as you have it would be too broad. Athlete would be ok and could include any from the different sports, or you could do sports industry and have athletes and agents or managers. You could do TV/Movie industry - actors, news anchors, directors, cameramen, etc. But actors and sports don't work together.
As for Royalty - and I know this is a technicality - that would only include kings, queens, prince, etc. Nobility would include your dukes, earls and viscounts. And yes, one or the other would work - not what we typically think of as a profession, but historically it would be.

Than you do much for your response. I kind of figured it would be too vague, but wanted to check still!
Hi MKat! You assigned us our Task 9 almost a day ago but you did not update your own tracking post in our Thread. I just wanted to tell you, so there will be no confusion when we're done!!
Hi Kat - for "As a team, select an animal. Read 8 books tagged with that animal."Like the earlier team we've gone with 'wolf'. Will 'werewolf' work for a tag in this instance?
Or would we be better off going with 'werewolf' or is this not an animal?
Linda wrote: "Hi MKat! You assigned us our Task 9 almost a day ago but you did not update your own tracking post in our Thread. That is why I have my tracking in a couple of places, more to update, but at least there is a back up.

That would be ok too.
I wanted to say no, but don't have any reason for that. Especially if you think about some books like Eve Langlais where she has were-bears and were-rabbits - I wouldn't second guess those as much. So yeah, have to allow those werewolves too. 🤷🏻♀️

We'll go with 'wolves' but just thinking that we can simply provide an earlier tag on the shelves than digging deeper :)
Does a quote of wolf/werewolf in the precis work? Or does it have to be a shelf-tag?
