MK, just checking for this last task, will you accept that if we post now that the rating is 4.2 or higher thats ok. I am thinking maybe in the meantime someone might post a lower rating and therefore taking the rating lower. Maybe not an issue if you book is rated closer to 5 but if it is 4.25 or so it might change to below 4.2.

Hi Kat, just for clarification on when the challenge ends...are you considering midnight to be the end of the day or the beginning? So is midnight Eastern time on Tuesday equal to 9 PM Pacific on Monday or Tuesday? I've always treated midnight as the end of the day, but the time-zone converter treats it as the beginning, so I'm confused! 😏

Midnight is the end of the day. So for you, the challenge ends at 9 PM PDT on Tuesday.

And thanks for asking - I didn't know the convertor did that. To me, the day starts after midnight, so 12:01 AM I guess since GR doesn't count seconds. 😉😂

Thanks for double checking on Lisa's question - I obviously missed it earlier. I saw I had one new post and when I reloaded the page, Karen's was there and I was only looking for one. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I'm not too worried about ratings lowering on most books, but if it is a newer book with lots of people reading it or one few people overall have rated it, I can see how it might change. There will be a level of trust involved, if you say it was over 4.2 when started I will believe you. Of course, if the book has thousands of ratings and is now something like 3.8, I might do some more investigating! 😉

And yes you are correct on the time.

No and no. I will be checking all the teams whether or not they post here. It would probably be easier for the captains to confirm what I have than the other way around for this last task! Especially if you are reading until the end. 😊
