Some of you may have heard of and used the Literature Map before - it's always a lot of fun. Click on the link, type in your favourite author, then read a book by the author closest to your favourite. Make sure it's in the corresponding genres of Crime, Mystery, Thriller or Suspense:)

Make sure you link your choices here so others can check them out...

You might be lucky enough to find another author to add to your reading delights! Enjoy!

message 14: by Zoey (new)

Zoey (rozannen) | 141 comments I put in Tara Moss & got James Patterson he wasnt actually the closest, but the closer ones weren't really crime writers. Like Sophie Kinsella and Nicholas Sparks neither of which I have a problem with but they dont really fit this group :)
So, Im going to read Now You See Her Now You See Her by James Patterson

The literature map is fun but it is far from accurate! You often have to make a few adjustments like that Zoey.

Jeffery Deaver is another of those authors my husband likes and he has a huge collection of them. Great for me because it saves me acquiring yet more books. I still have to read his David Baldacci collection, oh and Harlan Coben and Michael Connolly. Meanwhile he is reading my J.D. Robbs

Sally906 I am reading Resorting to Murder by Aussie authorK.J. Emrick.

She was the closest author that I had a book of on my TBR pile and was a cosy book. :)

I was surprised to see how long this series is - 39 books now - especially since I'd never heard of it (although have heard of JD Robb). I like Eve Dallas, the main character in this and also like the futuristic aspect of it.

Eve gets better and better as the series progresses. So does Roarke.

At the moment in the book, Roarke is a suspect but clearly taken with Eve. He sounds pretty hot!

There are quite a few ladies who have him as their fantasy fictional man :)

I just hope they never make any of these books into a movie. I do not want my imaginary Roarke spoiled by some actor:)
