True Colors is the story of Caitlyn Davis she has her whole life changed forever on the night she meets a stranger in the alley. Gifted with the ability to see past what people are really feeling isn’t going to be easy for Caitlyn when she learns that her boyfriend cares more about getting some than about her. As Caitlyn learns to deal with her new gift will she turn it into a blessing or a curse? Will she survive high school learning secrets that could tear hear world apart? What about the neighbor guy she’s been crushing on he seems to be genuine.
I really like Caitlyn, it’s not easy finding out the people you thought you could trust aren’t good people but she accepts it well. She learns to deal with her gift of being able to read people much better than I would even if she did sort of attempt to run away. I really like Eric he works well for Caitlyn and I hope to see more of him in the next book.
This isn’t my first book by Melissa Pearl so I knew I was going to fall in love with her newest series which I did. I love the romance mixed with the paranormal elements it creates a captivating story that I had a hard time putting down. The characters are easy to connect with you can’t help loving Caitlyn and enjoying her story. Granted it is a little on the emotional side but I think that just makes it a better story. The author has created a beautiful story filled with romance, and mystery that kept me captivated to the very last page. I can’t wait to read the next book in the series and see what happens to Caitlyn next. Love the covers super stunning. It’s a clean book that teens as well as adults will enjoy I did.

I'm ready who's with me =D

Review: I havent watched the movie so I was the only one that didnt know about Taylor and the main character. I didnt see it until the main character saw it. I liked that it wasnt predictable. I can see how the fight club could get addicted. They were pounding their fear and anger and it was really well describbed. My favorite moment was when the main character find what has been happening and trying to fight hiw own 'demon'. Overall I really liked the book and its characters.

Review:
Whilst the storyline was good the ending was terrible! Lots happened in this book with lots of returning characters. Everyone ended up getting their storyline resolved, one way or another and just about every character made a return appearance for this final Cat & Bones instalment. The snark, one liners and action was pleasing, several times I laughed out loud. I am sad to see the end of another great series....it just could have been written a little better.....

Review: After finishing the short novella (which ended abruptly) I was hoping this first book would have continued with the story that was started in Elemental. Unfortunately I realized quickly it was not about Michael (an earth elemental) but his youngest brother Chris. Eventually the rest of the novella story was told within Storm but I wasn't quite satisfied with it. Anyway, back to Chris's story....I think it was quite interesting and thrilling but the heroine had me wanting to beat my head against the wall. Her rudeness and ugly attitude towards her father seemed extreme and her lack of knowledge about elementals seemed off. Why wouldn't she know about them when Chris's family were notorious for being extremely powerful? There were a couple other things problematic within the story too...the Guide (someone who hunts down powerful elementals and kills them) was to have been sent to kill Chris and his brothers and created a natural disaster that could have killed dozens of non-elementals one of which was Becca the heroine. The resulting confrontation of that act didn't feel realistic. The love triangle between Becca and Chris and Becca and Hunter gets old too. The idea behind the elementals is not a new one but good. The action was fun and I'm really looking forward to more of the Merrick brothers because of the good because of that.

Belinda, the teams have to go beyond 75 to win so right now it is between us and team 14 with team 13 haven't rolled/posted yet.

I loved Dire it was impossible to put down. I finished in one morning with a pot of coffee. I’m a huge fan of Alyssa Rose Ivy so when I found out she created a werewolf series I can’t tell you how excited I was. So Dire had really big shoes to fill and I think she exceeded my expectations. The werewolf concept is unique a darker spin and maybe the wolves aren’t the good guys or being hunted like savages. I enjoyed the story it’s fast paced loaded with steam moments and scary werewolves that keep you on the edge of your seat. I found that the story is darker than others by the author but I think that’s why I liked it more. My only complaint is that it’s a cliffhanger one that has me crying that I don’t have the next book. I can’t wait to get my hands on the next one. Must read if you love werewolves.

Review: I really enjoyed reading this book. It was a quick read. There were some that I found annoying. There was our main character who is a little crazy because of her 'gift' and acts like a hormonal teenager. She doesnt stay loyal to Bill because there are these men offering themselves to her and she would have given in if there werent interoptiouns which reminds me a lot of like I'm reading a fanfiction.
I dont know what to think about how the whole vampire thing is goind. I mean its good that people know about them and that doesnt create more drama but... I dont know. The whole thing seemed too strange.
About the Erik situation, we all know that he is going to be after her and she will start liking him and so on and so on. In love triangles, I always find myself rooting for the guy that doesnt win. Always. Thats why I hate love triangles, which in this book has plenty.
Overall, I really enjoyed reading this and I will continue with the series.

Always entertaining with edge of your seat action, this Elemental Assassin was no different. The fallout from the death of Mab Munro continues, at a gala opening of Mab's art collection at the museum, the giants have decided its time for them to take over. Held hostage at gunpoint, can Gin & her friends stop them. And survive? With Owen turning up with another woman on his arm, will there be hope for him & Gin in the end?

Review:I love Lisa Kleypas' books. This is the first in the Hathaway series and I see some familiar names from her Wallflower one too. The romance between Amelia and Cam was nicely drawn out and I liked that he pursued her and not the other way around. I think the highlight of the book, though, was not necessarily the romance but the family connection between the Hathaway siblings. Their family was extended when they were young to include a gypsy boy who grew up with them. His connection to them and to the hero of this book, Cam, is very interesting and I'm looking forward to finding out more about him.
