Thank you for pushing me down this track. Many of these books would have remained unread and I would have missed out on much enjoyment. Even those books that were ultimately a disappointment to me, I am very pleased to have read and to KNOW.

Looks like it was mostly enjoyable, Mary. I was just looking at the blurb for Suite Française and The Daughters of Mars again today. Glad to see you enjoyed Suite Française, and it seems to be a general consensus (among people I know, anyway) that The Daughters of Mars was only average or worse... Shame. I'd like to read a Thomas Keneally and that sounded like a good one, but maybe I need to have another look.

I witnessed an accident yesterday so I didn't sleep very well last night. But at least I finished the final book of the challenge:

Unfortunately this will conclude my part in this Spring challenge with 6 books still remaining tbr at a later date, due to time constraints. Though I very much enjoyed it and am eagerly looking forward to the next challenge :)

I loved it. The best book I have read this year. This is my second Kate Morton book. I read The House at Riverton a few months ago.
Unfortunately the challenge ended with me having two and a half books to go. :-( If only work didn't get in the way. ;-)
