from Britta's shelf worked for yellow too. It's a little fringe yellow, but Tineye calls it 80% of a pale yellow color so I'm going with it. That leaves us with one yellow and one orange before we're done with colors!

I actually have Revenge of the Spellmans already out from the library and on my short list for this month. So I’ll probably get to it next week.

-I'm working on the defense for Year 3.
-4 More Dark Arts and Defenses are needed.

-Britta is reading a book where Tarot Cards were Used for Our Last fortuneteller/divination tools book.
-I have two ARCs on deck for that section, does anyone else read ARCs?
Potions - 17/23 Books
-Michelle has the cauldron.
-We need a scale.

-Lory and Laura are reading 2 yellow books.

A little about me...I’m from Alaska, I work in law and love to travel as much as I can. I live with my boyfriend of 10 years. We have two dogs; a corgi named Diana and a pit bull named Thor, we also have a fish named Arthur (all for comic heroes).

Vicky, I was browsing my library's website for my next audiobook. It turns out they have all 3 of the Ember in the Ashes books. So I'm going to re-read 1 & 2, then read 3. The Nazguls are in all 3 of the Lord of the Rings books, right? If so, we can use your torch and mine! Otherwise, we could use the torch against a vampire, right?

I've got a buddy read for Shadow of Night scheduled for the coming week. I'm pretty sure there are divination tools used in there, although I can't remember exactly. But if so, we can use Jen's book for a DA Defense.

Also - with Ember we could use the efrits in DADA as well. There's the rhyme they use "Efrit, efrit of the sand, a song is more than he can stand." So we could pair them with titles that have song/sing/singing/etc in them! If we did that, we'd only have one more pair to make.

Or a spell? "Britta is working on a book that will work for our last Divination. Defenses need to be in the title, not just items on the cover. Not sure if Staked workes as a defense because of tense... I will ask.
We could definitely use it as the Dark Art for Vampires if we can pair it with something that works as a vampire defense.
I am currently reading a book with vampires in it. One of them can freeze people. Would that work? There may be other things as well. I just started it.
