I’ll have both my books done before the end date. Heaven and Hell will probably take me to the end date but it will get done :)

Please get any books posted as soon as possible. I'll be updating our spreadsheet today and I'll let you guys knows if there are any additional letters we need for our characters spell-outs.
I’ve finished the book for the YA square and posted in the comp,eyed books thread.I’ll have my title relay book finished today before deadline.
And the book for the relay is finished and posted to the completed books thread... got there in the end :)

I think we have them all - I'm going to enter everything now. If there are any last minute letters needed I'll post them asap.
I finished my last longer book. I’m going to read a few shorter books now until times up in around 5 hours.
Whoo hoo!!! We've got all of our Character Spell-out's done!! Great job Newts - you're amazing.We've got just over 3 hours left - so read like crazy and get your books logged in so we get credit for book points. I still need to finish inputting the books for the tasks, but I don't have to have that done right away, so I'm going to keep reading until the deadline and then finish inputting after that.

Started last book for TT. Should have it done 5/10 mins before times up in an hour.

Yay Newts!!! I just want to say you have been an amazing team! We've done really well - we'll probably end up in 6th place. I'll get everything input tonight or tomorrow morning and post a final update, but what's really amazing is we read more than 860 books (I'll have exact numbers tomorrow.) Now I'm off to have a drink!

Wow! That's a lot of books. Well done everyone! Sandy thank you for being such a great captain! I'm in Canada, so we have provinces rather than states. He moved out of province. Almost 5 hours away. Tomorrow is move in day. He will get home at Thanksgiving and then during Christmas break. It will be different not having him at home! I'm going to try my hardest not to cry tomorrow when I leave.

Hey Newts!
Well, due to your awesomeness, we are now in 5th place!!! Whoo hoo!!! The last minute push you all did, as well as making sure all the tasks and characters were read for, was amazing. There is still another day for all the teams to update their spreadsheets, so it's possible we move back down to 6th, but I'm hoping (fingers and toes crossed) we hold our spot!!

We had team members that also participated in Qudditch and the Maze
And....several team members completed their GoodReads Reading Challenge goals - Claire, Erika, Laura, Nox, Sandy; and several team members are close - Danielle, Heli, Jennifer and Sassafrass!
A huge thanks to Laura for being and awesome co-captain, and also to Danielle, who was our reading machine and also helped out with our planning spreadsheet.
