Thanks Susy. I struggled by picking slightly longer books this time around. I really had to fight to keep myself reading as I usually work better with a stack of super short reads.
Something to consider for April :) I look forward to virtually seeing you then.
Ann A wrote: "1,189 pages - wow! I like your short, 3-hour updates. I may try that next time. See you in April!"Thanks, Ann :) I like to keep track as it really motivates me but I found hourly check ins just too much!
Susan wrote: "Incredible page count!! Thanks for hosting as well."Aww, thank you! An audiobook definitely helped!

Great job, Dannii! Nice page count! I always want to achieve at least 1000 pages as a personal goal.

Thank you so much, Elyse. That is always my goal as well. Audiobook 'pages' definitely help me to achieve it.
Susy wrote: "Hi Dannii, will you be joining Dewey's today as well?"Hey, Susy. Sorry for the late reply. I had a little cottage break planned and I was driving there for most of the day so couldn't take part. I hope you all had a great readathon, though!
Kate wrote: "Nice list Dannii. Are the PD James' short stories? That's a good idea."Yes both are short story collections. I don't read a huge amount of anthologies but it has become a sort of readathon tradition now to read at least one of these. They are my favourites, especially Sleep No More :)

I didn’t know P. D. James wrote short stories (except for some Christmas ones). They sound perfect for the Readathon

They really are the perfect little readathon additions, especially as one is autumn and one winter themed :)
Elsi wrote: "Your book choices are great! Coraline is perfect for October, such a cozy read!"Thanks, Elsi :) I've read Coraline once before but it has been a few years. I'm looking forward to cosying up with it in the evening :)
I am hoping to read Coraline too this Deweys. I will check back with you Dannii, see how it goes with you. Enjoy!
Thanks to your list, I’ve added Sleep No More to my Readathon TBR, too. Readathoning can be dangerous to one’s reading lists! ;)
