I am reading Summer House by James Patterson. I stopped reading Patterson but this particular book was recommended. It is quick reading and has a good plot.
Finished reading The Taking Of Annie Thorne, by CJ Tudor, here is my reviewhttps://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
@Maggie- sounds interesting. I just added it to my TBR.Wow, I wish I had the time to read as much as some of you do but I make do. currently reading book #44 for the year "You Have the Right to Remain Innocent by James Duane. Up next, my last book of 2020 "The Queen's Gambit"
I decided to push myself for 2021 by attempting to read 52 books. I don't think I will realistically read all 52 books but it won't stop me from trying
Just started "Never Spit the Difference by Chris Voss." Haven't read enough yet to evaluate this book.
well I just finished You Have the Right to Remain Innocent so now I'm about to start book #45 The Queen's Gambit.
Am reading Ulysses with a small group of people I didn't know before from around the country. But for the holidays we will be reading James Joyce's The Dead out loud together.
Just finished What You Did—I would absolutely recommend it for anyone who likes mysteries. Just started Layla (a new Colleen Hoover book) a paranormal mystery. I’m not a paranormal fan but it’s an easy read and entertaining enough.
Good evening y’all,I am reading Poison in the Colony by Elisa Carbone. My sons fourth grade class read her book blood on the river and he fell in love with the book. We ordered the follow up book Poison in the Colony. It’s a great read for all ages.
Just finished "His Only Wife," by Peace Adzo Medie. It is absolutely amazing. I'm always a fan of strong women. All I have to say is "Go, Afi!"I am listening to "The Librarian of Auschwitz" and I am hoping to start Sometimes I Lie tomorrow.
Half way through The Power of Positive Confrontation by Barbara Pachter. It is eye opening and actionable.
I just bought Rules for Visiting—thanks Evalyn for posting your review. It wasn’t on my radar but now I’m anxious to read it!
The Silent Patient is one of my faves for the past five years : along with Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine, The Dutch House, Where the Crawdads Sing, News of the World, and Gentleman in Moscow. All complex, flawed characters!
Just started In a Holidaze this week. Not sure I will squeeze it in by Christmas Day... but so far I love the writing and it pulls you in. I need to know what happens!
