I can't say enough about that book. It's breathtaking!"
It really is! It was one of those stories that I could visualize everything and everyone.
Finishing up The Uncommon Reader and will start A Gentleman in Moscow.I usually have an audiobook going as well. I'm 60% through The Count of Monte Cristo after renewing my loan twice. lol

I loved Crawdads! It's one of my favorite books. I'm reading Distant Shores by Kristin Hannah now.
I’m currently reading Dear Emile Blue by Lia Louis and Brisinger by the amazing Christopher Paolini. So far, emmie is really good, I think I will finish it today and Brisinger is also very good as well. His writing as usual, is flawless and beautiful.
I'm reading Buy Yourself the F*cking Lilies by Tara SchusterI'm listening to an ARC of Ashfall Legacy by Pittacus Lore
I just finished Home Before Dark and it was fabulous. It’s like The Haunting of Hill House meets Amityville.
Working on Three books:"Clanlands", "Small Spaces Vegetable Gardens", and my first Book Club pick "Outlawed".
I just finished The Guest List and I’m trying to decide between Lilac Girls or When we Believed in Mermaids.
Recently finished Sharp Objects (very good) and A Simple Favor (pretty good). I am also still working my way through the Andy Carpenter series. The books are a quick read and very humorous. I also enjoy the Agatha Raisin series. I stumbled across this series by accident and I love it. They are considered "cozy mysteries," but they are far and away better than most books in that category (but still great books to curl up and read with a cup of tea or a glass of wine).
Finished September - December 2020: Mayflower (Nathaniel Philbrick)
White Noise (Don De Lillo)
No Time To Spare Ursula K. Le Guin
American Dirt (Jeanine Cummins)
Flight Behavior (Barbara Kingsolver)
Launching into Let the Great World Spin (Colum McCann)!
The Butchers book series by Bao Xiong. What's better than one serial killer? A family of serial killers. I'm finally on book three The Butchers The Final Act .
Just finished Finding Dorothy by Elizabeth Letts 4.5⭐and about to start with
Let the Willows Weep by Sherry Parnell
I just listened to Canadian author Ashley Audrain on a radio show talking about her new book The Push just published January 5, 2021. This book will definitley be a book club pick for my book club. I hope it's my turn to choose the book soon. For any author's out there this is the publishing fairytale we dream about. The book deal is phenomenal. So happy to hear about this great story for a fellow Canadian author.
I'm listening to an ARC of The Lost Apothecary by Sarah Penner and I'm reading an ARC of Utopia PR by Adam Bender.
