Hi Suzy,I spent the afternoon in minor injuries in Sevenoaks after the three year old took a header off the car and hit her face.She had an enormous bump on her forehead,took the skin off her nose and then had a nose bleed.Luckily all ok .

My sister’s little girl was 3 when she fell on her face on the rough gravel of the back lane. She bit through her lip, banged her nose and forehead. My sister said there was blood everywhere and the poor child was very shocked. No real damage though. Good job sis was a nurse. I couldn’t cope with anything like that, I’m not great with blood!

I feel itchy just reading about them. We used to grow them at home and they gave me a nasty rash. Luckily I didn’t like them anyway.

I have a couple of wild Strawberry plants growing in pots.....they are smaller than the typical kinds..& so the fruit they produce are minuscule..about the size of a pea...but soooo sweet! They produce some pretty little white flowers too.
